A Study Of The Countermeasures Of Cultural Power In The View Of Marxist Culture

Since China introduced reform and opening policies, it has made brilliant achievement in socialist construction. At the same time, it also brought both opportunities and challenges to culture construction in the new period. Western countries never abandoned them attempts to attack and infiltrate into our country in the realm of ideology. They continue to impact on our country from various aspects which partly caused the cultural diversity of our country. After establishing the socialist market economic system, the economy of China has developed rapidly. But the negative effect of the market economy has brought many problems to the cultural construction of our country. Since the reform and opening up, the cultural construction of our country has made great achievements, and the strength of cultural is increasing day by day. But from the whole point of view, the cultural construction and economic development is not coordinated. Therefore, it is academically and practically meaningful to increase the research strength of cultural power construction in the new period and to promote the construction of cultural power in our country.This paper analyzes and discusses the construction of cultural power in the new period of our country based on the theory of Marxist cultural view, then analyzes the problems it now faces, and puts forward some countermeasures to these problems. This paper consists of five chapter. Chapter one is Marxist cultural view, which has a basic introduction and contemporary explain for the view. Chapter two is the necessity and urgency of the construction of cultural power. This part analyzes the necessity and urgency of the construction of cultural power in our country, from the summary of the process and achievements of our country’s cultural power construction in the new period. Chapter three analyzed the problems faced by our country in process of the construction. The construction of cultural power in our country is confronted with three problems in the new period:the conflict between traditional culture in China and foreign culture, the identity crisis of the mainstream culture and the disharmony between cultural construction and economic development. Chapter four is the countermeasures of the construction of cultural power in the new period from the perspective of Marxist cultural view. This part points out that our country should adhere to the dominant position of Marxism and strengthen the construction of core socialist value system in the construction of cultural power. China should handle the relationship between reference, inheritance, criticism and innovation correctly in the process of globalization and lead harmonious developments of politics, economy and society.
