A Study On The Idea Of Universe In The Stone Lithography Of Nanyang

The study on the portrait of Han Dynasty in Nanyang has a long history.In almost every county of Nanyang,there are unearthed stone of Han Dynasty,and there is the first Han painting Museum in Nanyang city,of which about 2000 stone sculptures have been collected.For the love of stone relief art,I decided to do some detailed research on the idea of the universe of Nanyang stone relief,and hope to make a modest contribution to the exploration of Nanyang stone relief.This article is mainly divided into three parts.The first part is the cultural background of Nanyang's stone relief.By elaborating the popular neo-Taoism and neo-Confucianism in the Han Dynasty,as well as the Dualistic Concept of soul and soul recognized by the people of the Han Dynasty,this paper analyses the influence of these cultures on the stone relief and the reasons for the stone relief art.The second part is the concept of cosmos in the image of Nanyang's stone relief.Through the analysis of the images on the stone,we can trace back to the origin of the idea of the universe of the Han Dynasty,that is,the universe originated from chaos and the sun formed in chaos.Then it discusses the myth of the Apollo and the view of polytheism.The third part is the cosmology in the space of Nanyang stone tomb.By analyzing the pattern of the tomb and the position of the portrait,and comparing with Fusang's concept of heaven and earth,we can infer the analog relationship between them and construct the cosmic system in the thought of the Han Dynasty..The stone-relief art of Nanyang is the crystallization of the wisdom of the Han Dynasty and the product of the multi-cultural background of the Han Dynasty.It confirmed the ancient sun worship of the Chinese people witnessed the evolution of monotheism to polytheism in Chinese mythology and reflected the universal concept of the combination of human science and mythology in the Han Dynasty.Nanyang stone relief plays an extremely important role in the history of Chinese fine arts and is an important basis for the study of Han culture.
