With the continuous improvement of the national economic income,quality education is more and more attention,art training industry got unprecedented development,at present our country art training market is "big market,small workshops" management present situation,to the benign development of education and training industry,country issued a series of rectification and reform scheme,this training industry to bring the new development momentum.Training institutions urgently need to carry out brand building through multiple channels and measures to highlight their own advantages and improve competitiveness.Based on the Beijing art training industry development present situation and existing problems of haidian arts training institutions,on the basis of current situation and existing problems of analysis to the fairy tale art center brand construction as the research object,using literature research,field survey and comparative analysis,the method of combination of brand construction theory,SWOT analysis was carried out on the fairy tale art center,and combining the theory of brand construction fairy arts center brand construction countermeasures are put forward.Article think fairy arts center in the brand construction have location,infrastructure complete,teacher force strong,students stability etc.Advantage,there are frequent personnel flow,insufficient teaching innovation,capital source such as a single disadvantage,facing the national policy support,the training market is widely and opportunities such as market demand,is also facing students competitive and challenges,such as online education market,for this fairy tale art center also combined with its own development from brand pattern formation,explore the brand chain project;Innovate educational methods and highlight brand differentiation;The introduction of international advanced concepts,the formation of strategic alliances;To increase the learning mechanism and stabilize the teaching staff;Discuss the online teaching mode and realize the diversification of training mode;Multi-channel publicity,enhance brand awareness and other aspects to strengthen brand building.In this paper,based on the research of the fairy tale art center of brand construction,and make recommendations for art training industry brand building,to the health of other training institutions provide theoretical guidance,sustainable development and brand construction for the brand construction of art training institutions to build a theory framework of maneuverability is strong,and to promote the brand construction of art training institutions have a certain model significance.
