With the rapid development of science and technology and the accelerated pace of life, college students face pressure from many aspects, which is prone to depression and anxiety.Depression affects an individual's emotional and emotional bias.Wang Changhong(2004)found that the frequency of depression in college is 20%to 30%,and the proportion of depression is 40%to 60%.Therefore,the mental health of depressed groups should be widely valued by society. When depression occurs, the mood should be adjusted in time.Music,in the form of listening, appreciating, playing or singing, influences the human body and mind subtly, not only cultivating people's sentiments, but also improving the level of interpersonal communication. In recent years, many researchers have demonstrated the effectiveness of music therapy in intervention of depression and depression, but few studies have empirically explored the emotional perception and emotional bias of depression-prone groups under different musical materials. Therefore, this study explores the emotional characteristics of depressed and non-depressed college students under different musical materials, starting from the two aspects of music internal factors(music emotions and music types)and external factors(individual familiarity with music). In the background, depression and college students and non-depressive college students have emotional changes and emotional bias characteristics. In this study, depressive tendency college students and non-depressive college students were selected as research objects, and three experiments were designed to explore.Study 1 is the emotional influence of different emotional types of music on college students with depression tendency. The differenees in emotional characteristics between depressive tendency college students and non-depressive college students are studied, and the emotional characteristics and cognitive bias of depressive tendency college students in different emotional types are also analyzed. On the basis of Study 1,the second study analyzes whether there is any difference between non-depressed college students, and discusses the emotional characteristics and cognitive bias of different music types background music on college students with depression tendency. The third study is on the background of positive emotion music.Whether the familiarity with music or not will affect the emotional characteristics and cognitive bias of college students with depression. The main findings and conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The results of study 1:The results of the study:under positive emotional music, the emotional arousal of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<.01),the emotional titer of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<.01),and the experimental group was in the middle. The positive bias ratio of sexual images was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<.01).Under neutral emotional music, the emotional arousal of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<.001).Under negative emotion music, the emotional arousal of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(p<.01),and the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group in the positive bias ratio of emotional valence and neutral mood(p<.01).(2)The results of study 2:in negative pop music, negative classical music, positive pop music, positive classical music, positive rock music, the experimental group's arousal, emotional valence and positive recognition bias ratio for neutral pictures were significantly lower than the control group(P<.01).However,in negative rock music, the emotional arousal of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<.01),the emotional value of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<.01),and the experimental group was positive for the neutral picture. The recognition bias ratio was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<.01).(3)The results of study 3:Under the familiar music conditions, the emotional arousal, emotional valence and positive bias ratio of neutral image recognition were significantly higher than those of rock music(P<.01),and the emotions when listening to pop music.Arousality, emotional valence, and positive bias ratios for neutral image recognition were significantly higher than listening to rock music(p<.01).When listening to unfamiliar music, the emotional arousal of the subjects listening to classical familiar music is significantly higher than listening to pop music and rock music(P<.01),and the emotional arousal when listening to popular familiar music is significantly higher than listening to rock familiarity Music(P<.01).The emotional valence of listening to rock music is signifieantlyhigher than that ofelassical musie and pop music(p<.05).This study draws the following conclusions:(1)Individuals with depression tend to be influenced by musical emotions. In the context of negative musical emotions, they will produce more negative attentional biases and show concern for negative emotions.Non-depressed individuals will be in the context of positive musical emotions.Produces positive emotions and shows attentional bias towards positive emotions.(2)Compared with rock music, classical music and pop music can better stimulate positive emotions and produce positive emotional bias.(3)Familiar music materials have significant emotional effects on individuals compared to unfamiliar music materials.Among the familiar music materials, the control group had stronger emotional induction than the experimental group.
