Under the development background of cultural industry around the Qiantang River,in order to solve the lack of systematic investigation of cultural industry in Jinhua City,by investigating the current situation,combining with the historical evolution,this report sorts out the six highlights in the current cultural industry development in Jinhua City,such us the film and television industry develops prosperously,the digital culture and creative industries achieve rapid development,creativity promotes the upgrading of traditional industries and so on,benefited by the target guidance,policy support,enterprise cultivation and financial support from its government.As one of the most important part in Jinhua Cultural Industry,the Hengdian film and television industry in this report is not only placed in the global and domestic field to find its position,but is also comparative analyzed with the Hollywood Universal Studios to dig out more inspiration and experience to conduct the future development.Besides,this report have made a summary of the problems in culture industry of Jinhua City,such as the industrial structure is under proved,lacking of senior talents,the enterprises' size are too small to drive the development and so on.Eventually,aiming to solve above problems,practical measures and suggestions have been raised in this report,which are promoting the rural revitalization by develop the film and television industry,making a revolutionary upgrade by industrial integration,implementing a new mode of talent cooperation,letting Jinhua culture go abroad and developing the cooperation mode for spaces,with expectations to help the cultural industry development in Jinhua City and around Qiantang River.
