The Flow Of Purple Clay And The Change Of Local Society

This paper studies the development of zisha artists and zisha industry in Dingshu town of Yixing from the eve of liberation to now.The production of zisha pot follows the production mode of family workshop since ancient times.However,in different historical periods,under the influence of economic,political,cultural,technological and other factors,purple sand production also experienced changes from individual production to collective production,from collective production to individual production.The number of zisha artists expanded from 20 or 30 before the liberation to more than 2000 in the 1980 s.Today,there are more than 100,000 zisha practitioners in Dingshu town,accounting for 43.5% of the local resident population.While the population in most small towns is attracted by the central cities,the population flow in Dingshu town also presents a regressive state.More and more young talents return to their hometown for employment and entrepreneurship.Plight fuselage art of folk arts and crafts and some different,Yixing purple sand culture attract locals and foreigners learning techniques,more and more people to undertake the role of cultural heritage people,purple sand industry increasingly prosperous,however,when the trend of the development of the society in general,each age artists and industry are faced with different kinds of difficulties and challenges,inheritance and innovation,make social division culture between artists from generation to generation,by artists in the pot,again by the pot to the world,endless,eternal flow.Based on the diachronic time dimension,the paper divides the time from the eve of the liberation to the present into three generations: father,father and son.From the aspects of zisha artists' family life,production activities and social contacts in different periods,the paper presents different aspects of zisha industry and local social changes.From the circulation of recommended in geography,purple clay artist made in purpose and pot of concept change,inheritance,the change of the social division and mode of production,production technology and sales methods such as the change of the micro level,discusses the local social and economic system transformation,the changes of social relations,the change of the social division of labor,the changes ofindustrial structure adjustment and so on a macro level,as well as the different historical period of the penetration of state power in the local society and local and group for formal system adapt to the society.Based on the field work of qualitative research methods to collect materials,in the style of ethnography and narrates,process-event analysis,structure-the combination of institutional analysis method to narrative and material analysis,from the special historical events to grasp the dynamic process of change,at the same time,pay attention to the social structure of static analysis,it is also the innovation point of the article.
