Mental health is closely related to personality traits.As a personality trait,Ego-state can affect a person's thoughts,feelings and behaviors.Understanding the individual's ego-state is conducive to understanding the individual's personality traits and psychological content,as well as helping individuals better understand themselves and others,which also plays an important role in improving parent-child relationship,enhancing interpersonal interaction and interpersonal communication.This study ego state of interpersonal communication theory as the theoretical basis,by issuing ego state scale in different provinces of the questionnaire survey to 510 teenagers,analysis of the present status of the ego state of teenagers in China,and from the perspective of social work,put forward targeted social work intervention strategies,help teenagers to improve ego state,grow and progress.According to the research results,the following conclusions are drawn:First,the psychological state of most teenagers in China is relatively healthy.The relationship between adolescent self-states was shown in the following order: caring parental self-states(NP),>adult self-states(A),> free child self-states(FC),> controlling parent self-states(CP),and > adaptive child self-states(AC).Secondly,there is a significant difference between adolescent caring parents and free children.Thirdly,there are significant differences in adolescent self-state between different grades.Fourth,in view of this situation,this article from the individual,school,family level put forward the strategy of the social work intervention in order to help teenagers to improve adult ego state and free child ego state,brought their ego state distribution to ideal state,and will carry out these strategies in parts,obtained the certain effect.
