Children with visual disturbances have received widespread attention as a vulnerable group. The state has paid more and more attention to its early education development and adopted various measures to change the state of existence and education. However, according to the data, children with visual disturbances are still at the forefront of education. As one of the main ways of cognitive development of visually impaired children, books on the market currently ignore the differences in cognitive psychology and behavioral habits of children with visual disturbancess at different levels of disability and age.The single channel information acquisition method has limitations, which is not conducive to multidimensional perception and memory of visually impaired children;the lack of color tendency in the picture,one-sided view that color perception is irrelevant to the cognitive development of all visually impaired children;the content lacks interesting graphics and interactive forms,it is difficult To stimulate children's curiosity and reading interest in visually impaired children, there are very few books that stand in the perspective of visually impaired children and meet the cognitive rules and reading needs of children with visual disturbances. In response to this phenomenon, the children with visual disturbances of this subject are focused on children with low vision and visual disturbances, and the sensitive tactile perception of visually impaired children is combined with the concept of "synergy effect",focusing on the analysis of children's books based on tactile memory. The “Joint Sense Effect” explores how to create innovative designs for children with visual disturbancess that have multiple sensory perceptions through touch.Based on Piaget's cognitive development theory, this paper summarizes the commonality and regularity of cognitive development in children with visual disturbances, and analyzes the physiological, psychological, cognitive characteristics and behavioral habits of children with visual disturbances at different ages;based on Gibson's perceptual compensation Theory, from the aspects of perception, attention, memory and other aspects of the differences between children with ordinary children and visual disturbances, summed up the visual acuity of children with sensitive perception.Starting from the tactile experience of visually impaired children,in the process of forming tactile memory, combined with other sensory perceptions, the visual representation defects are compensated, thus forming the "synaptic effect" oftactile perception and tactile sensation of visually impaired children.Secondly, according to the current situation of children's books design for visually impaired children, this paper summarizes the biggest obstacles and affecting reading factors for children with visual disturbances, and focuses on the book design strategies of children with visual disturbances.Through the "synaptic effect",the tactile perception of children with visual disturbances is mapped to hearing and smell. The scope of visual association,at the same time stimulate the functional vision training of visually impaired children, strengthen the understanding of the concept of "shape" and "color" in children with visual disturbances,so as to realize the multi-aware perception and overall integration ability of visually impaired children. Finally, the method is applied to personal creation practice. The whole process transforms a single reading form into a multi-dimensional perception space. On the one hand,it improves the readability of children with visual disturbances and improves the cognitive level and imagination of children with visual disturbances.Visually impaired children read the need to achieve an integrity cognitive process. On the other hand,it helps parents to provide early intervention and sensory training for special education for children with visual disturbances, and to minimize cognitive impairment in children with visual disturbances. At the same time, the tactile books with innovative forms and interactive forms can attract children of the same age and children with visual disturbances.Read together to build confidence in children with visual disturbancess.
