Rite and music culture is the core component of Chinese traditional culture and the foundation and soul of Chinese civilization.Confucius always adheres to and inherits the culture of rites and music.It aims to penetrate the education of people's morality into the experience and expression of music,so as to improve people's aesthetic and spiritual pursuit.Today,Confucius is not only a purely ancient figure,he not only symbolizes the traditional Chinese culture,spirit and concept,but also reflects the unique emotional world and humanistic spirit of the Chinese nation.Confucius' s incense is not extinguished,and the root system of Chinese civilization is also constant.In recent years,Confucius and Confucianism have gradually become a research hotspot.Confucius Institutes are developing rapidly all over the world.In order to revitalize the education of the Chinese nation,China has also actively established the education system of Chinese new ritual and music culture and the theoretical discourse system of Chinese traditional culture.The need for ritual and music culture has become an increasingly prominent issue in contemporary society.Nanzong ancestral temple of Kongshi which located in Quzhou,Zhejiang Province,is one of the two remaining Confucian ancestral temples in China.It has a history of more than 800 years and it has been listed as a national key cultural relic protection unit in 2000.In September 2005,Comrade Xi Jinping made an important instruction when he visited Quzhou for the fifth time: "Quzhou has a long history and is a sacred place of Nankong.Confucius culture is worth excavating and promoting,which should be realized well." In 2011,the Southern Confucian Festival in Quzhou was selected as a national intangible cultural heritage with the characteristics of "contemporary people sacrificing Confucius" and "people sacrificing Confucius".The activities of sacrificing Confucius have been on the basis of retaining the essence ofConfucius' ritual and music,and have continued to this day with the development of the times.The ritual music for sacrificing Confucius carries and disseminates the traditional Chinese culture and artistic spirit.This paper is composed of introduction,conclusion and four parts.The introduction mainly introduces the reason,significance,research object,research methods,research summary and innovation of the study of Confucian ritual music sacrificed to Confucian temples in the south of Confucius clan.The first part of the body first introduces the historical origin of sacrificial ritual music for Confucius,the second part makes a detailed analysis of the development of ancient sacrificial ritual music for Confucius,the third part describes the general situation of contemporary sacrificial ritual music for Confucius in Nankong,the fourth part mainly expounds the educational significance of contemporary sacrificial ritual music for Confucius in Nankong,and the last conclusion summarizes the characteristics of sacrificial ritual.We should reflect on it and look forward to it.Through a large number of literature review and field investigations,a comprehensive analysis ofhe sacrificial ritual music of Nankong in past dynasties,systematically expounded the process of sacrificial ritual music of Nankong,and explored its development process,historical significance and educational significance,in order to promote the music on Nankong Festival and actively promote the development and research of Confucian culture.At the same time,we can use the modern consciousness and vision to look at the ritual music of the NanKong,which can better realize the connection between the tradition and the reality,participate in the construction of the spirit of the times better,and take part in the construction of the spirit of the times.It is a new element of music education to integrate the traditional culture of etiquette and music with the reform and innovation of education.
