| With the increasing exchange and integration of multiculturalism,bilingual education in ethnic minority areas in China is very common.Minority students must learn and master their own mother tongue as well as learn and master Chinese.Language activity is a complex,highly skilled cognitive activity of human beings.Sentences are the basic unit of people’s use of language.Sentence understanding is an important aspect of language understanding.Information representation is the existence and representation of linguistic information in the human mind during the process of language understanding.The representation of information in the dual-sentence understanding is the focus of psycholinguistics and minority bilingual studies.This study regards the dual-sentence understanding of minority students as the proposition of attention.In particular,the information representation in the dual-sentence understanding is the focus of exploration research.Using the sentence-picture matching paradigm,two experiments were designed and65 people in Qinghai were selected.Tibetan college students implement information representation research in double-sentence comprehension,and the results show that:(1)Tibetan students have no significant difference in the recognition of bilingual affirmative and negative sentences.The understanding speed of Tibetan and Chinese affirmative and negative sentences is the same;Tibetan students understand Tibetan sentences faster than Chinese.The speed of sentence comprehension reflects the dominant effect of the mother tongue.(2)The information of double-sentence comprehension of Tibetan college students in visual-visual form is characterized as perceptual symbol representation,which is manifested in the recognition of the recognition response under the sentence-picture matching condition is significantly shorter than the mismatch condition.The awakening of the representation of the symbolic representation is an automated process.(3)The information representation of the double-sentence understanding of the Tibetan college students in the auditory-visual form is characterized by the propositional symbol,which is reflected in the recognition reaction of the subject in the sentence-picture matching condition and the recognition reaction of the unmatched condition.There is no significant difference,and the awakening of propositional symbol representation is strategic.(4)Under the condition of double-sentence-picture matching,Tibetan college students will have channel switching effect,and channel-consistent(visual-visual form)Tibetan-Chinese double-sentence understanding speed is better than channel inconsistency(auditory-visual form)Han double sentences understand speed. |
