The German mining industry in the late Middle Ages was an important part of the German economy in the Middle Ages.The production form of the enterprise was one of the important forms of modern company origin.The mining shares gradually formed in the mining industry and became the pioneer of the future modern shares.With the development of Gemian social economy in the Middle Ages,the organizational form of German mining enterprises has changed,both productivity and the medical security system has been gradually improved,and capitalist factors have begun to e11merge.This aiticle focuses on the development of medieval German mining companies,from the mining regulations,production forms,mining technology,medical security and the germination of capitalist factors in the study of medieval German mining companies.This paper is divided into four pails,covering the freedom of mining and royal mining privilege,the production form of mining enterprises,the development of mining technology and the establishment of miners’ medical security system,and the emergence of capitalist factors in mining enterprises.The first chapter analyzes and discusses the background of the development of medieval Gemian mining companies.Bergregal and Bergfreiheit under its protection are important backgrounds for the birth and development of German Mining.The first section analyzes the origin,development and influence of the freedom of mining by using the rights of the Markgenossen to the public interest.The second section discusses the develop11ment of German medieval economy and the political struggle of the ruling class,and studies the rise,establishment and influence of German Bergregal.The second chapter analyzes and discusses the changes in the production forms of medieval German mining companies.After the collapse of the self-operated mining enterprises of the feudal lords,the partnership enteiprises led by the miners appeared.In the form of partnerships,miners as partners are able to independently and independently mine,thus laying the foundation for the prosperity of medieval mining companies.This chapter analyzes the taxation of the Zezzen mining area in the Atmond Abbey and the secondary materials related to the mining contract in other parts of Germany at the same time.First,the disintegration of the feudal lord self-operated mining enterprises,the birth and management of the partnership enterprise.After combing and discussing,it then explored the development of partnership companies.The third chapter explores the development of medieval German mining technology and the medical insurance of mining areas.The advancement of mining technology and the establishlent and improvement of the medical insurance system in the mining area have provided important support and guarantee for the prosperity and development of German Deutsche Mining.The first section will sort out the development of mining technologjy,and then analyze the impact of the spread of German mining technology on Europe and the world.The second section discusses the various accidents of the miners,analyzes and discusses the background and process of the establishlent of the mine hospitals and the implementation of various rights protection for the sick miners.The fourth chapter analyzes the generation,performance and influence of capitalist factors in medieval German mining companies.In the late Middle Ages,most of the mining business owners were out of production and hired managers to manage them.A large amount of capital from all walks of life has been invested in mining,and mining companies have further developed.This chapter first explores the emergence of capitalist factors and changes in the identity of business owners through theoretical analysis,access to secondary data,and a combination of examples.Secondly,by investigating a large number of examples,the capitalist mining business model and its impact are studied from the separation of capital and labor,the combination of capital and capital,and the combination of capital and royal power.The conclusion of this article summarizes the development of nedieval German mining companies,and discusses the reasons for the decline of German mining companies in the late Middle Ages.
