Based on the definition of the arranged tripods in the Zhou Dynasty,this paper analyzes the space and time distribution characteristics of the tombs with bronze arranged tripods in the Zhou Dynasty,and constructs a Zhou-Dynasty hierarchical sequence of the tombs with bronze arranged tripods.The rise and fall of these tombs and the evolution of the system in the Zhou Dynasty were discussed.Finally,these tombs are divided to research the main features of the tombs in each region and compare them.The main content of the thesis is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is introduction.On the basis of collating the materials and related research results of the bronze arranged tripods in the Zhou Dynasty,summarizing the deficiencies in the research,proposing the research objectives and contents of this paper,introducing the research methods of this paper,and explaining the related problems.The second chapter mainly analyzes the space and time distribution characteristics of the tombs with bronze arranged tripods in the Zhou Dynasty,and constructs a hierarchical sequence of the tombs with bronze arranged tripods in the Zhou Dynasty.These tombs are divided into five periods.On this basis,all tombs are divided into three levels: high,medium and low.The third chapter makes an inference about the evolution of the system and the rise and fall of the tombs with bronze arranged tripods in chronological order.The system of tripods was established in the late Western Zhou Dynasty,and it changed during the middle and late of the Chunqiu Period,and gradually declined in the middle of the Warring States Period.The tombs with bronze arranged tripods throughout the Zhou Dynasty,appeared before the system of arranged tripods,with the establishment and reform of the arranged tripods system,it ushered in two peaks and disappeared after the decline of the system.The fourth chapter mainly divides the bronze tombs in the Zhou Dynasty,and summarizes and compares the main features of the tombs in each region.The tombs with bronze arranged tripods are divided into four areas,and the main characteristics of the eight aspects of the direction of the tombs,shape of tombs,way of using coffins,way of the body placed,waist pit,people and animals that be buried with dead,bronze arranged tripods' placement and main funerary objects of the tombs in each area are compared.The fifth chapter is conclusion.The main conclusions and academic significance of this paper are summarized,and the problems to be further studied are proposed.
