In recent years, as competition intensifies, it is particularly important to maintain the stability of enterprises and improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Researchers pay more and more attention to psychological contract and organizational citizenship behaviors. However, the research in this field has just been beginning in China. The result of the research cannot be used directly because of culture differences. Therefore, it is important and urgent to do some local studies.Based on the former researches, by surveying more than 379 employees from various regions, this research explores that perceived organizational support and leader-member exchange mediate the relationship between psychological contract fulfillment and organizational citizenship behavior. Factorial analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, structural equation model, and so on, have been used to assist statistical analysis.The results suggest that:(1) Psychological contract fulfillment of employees have positively influence on their organizational citizenship behavior.(2)Perceived organizational support mediates the relationship between psychological contract fulfillment and organizational citizenship behavior.(3)Leader-member exchange mediates the relationship between psychological contract fulfillment and organizational citizenship behavior.(4) Perceived organizational support and leader-member exchange fully mediates the relationship between psychological contract fulfillment and organizational citizenship behavior.(5) Leader-member exchange impact on perceived organizational support, and will affect the perceived organizational support and then through the impact of organizational citizenship behavior.
