Multimedia teaching has been more and more popular in recent years,and becomes the major trend in China.Multimedia teaching environment,as a newly advocated teaching and learning environment,has drawn attentions from educational field.There are many researches on how multimedia teaching environment can make a difference and what influence it may have on students.Based on the researches on multimedia teaching environment,this paper focuses on two aspects of multimedia teaching environment---multimedia teaching resource and multimedia teaching design.Academic emotions are also the focus of research in recent time.Academic emotions have four dimensions which are positive activating,positive deactivating,negative activating and negative deactivating,and have close relationship with academic performance.Therefore,to find out the relationship between the two aspects of multimedia teaching environment and the four dimensions of academic emotions,this paper first of all summarizes the previous studies of multimedia teaching environment and academic emotions.Then a survey has been done in Caijiawan Middle School.The methodology of questionnaire survey was taken in the study.According to the data analysis,it is found that junior high school students experience positive deactivating emotions most,and the next ones are negative activating,positive deactivating and negative deactivating.Junior high school students have more positive emotions than negative emotions,and more activating emotions than deactivating emotions.Multimedia teaching resource is correlated with positive activating emotions,highly correlated with positive deactivating emotions.Moreover,multimedia teaching environment has significant correlation with positive emotions and can positively predict positive deactivating emotions.Negative emotions have no significant correlation with it.
