<The Ancient Town>—the Application Of Hui-Style Architecture In Ceramic Decoration

Architecture has always played an important role in the history of human development,recording and carrying the changes and progress of The Times.As the most important form of traditional Chinese residential buildings,ancient towns play an indispensable role in architectural art.They are the perfect integration of functionality and decoration,and the integration of technology and art.In our country south of the Yangtze river in anhui,jiangxi and other places,represented by the ancient huizhou of buildings has been gloriously enrolled on the geographical location,spatial layout,building structure,construction techniques on the golden mean of the Chinese traditional culture is shown,have pure and fresh and elegant at the same time,long ecological philosophy,artistic conception for the design,art,nature,humanities,and other fields has made great contribution.This paper takes hui-style architecture as the main research object to explore its application in contemporary ceramic decoration.Through sorting out the contemporary art works of hui-style architectural ceramics,this paper analyzes and considers such cases and explores their potential artistic expression forms and decorative significance.Combined with field investigation,sketching and artistic practice,I hope to find a ceramic decoration direction with Chinese national characteristics and the flavor of The Times,so as to add vitality to the development of ceramic art.
