Based on the articles written and communication activities of Daosheng during dynasty transformation period,this paper interprets the relevance of the identity of the survivors and his later years of thoughts,thus affirming the wisdom developed by Daosheng in a special historical situation.The article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,expounding the meaning of the topic,the current domestic and international research results and research methods.The second chapter analyzes the reasons for the deepening of Confucianism in Daosheng's later years from three angles.From the perspective of Buddhism's own development,the development of Buddhism in the late Ming Dynasty presents a diversified trend,providing more opportunities for the negotiation of Confucianism and Buddhism,and also an opportunity for Zen revival again which represented by Cao Dong.Judging from Daosheng's personal life,his concern for the real society and his inheritance of the traditional tradition of Cao Dong have laid the foundation for the establishment of his legacy.Finally,from the perspective of the times,during the Ming and Qing Dynasties,the political fission stimulated the salvation sentiments and national complexes of many people of insight,and this became the most direct cause of the identity of Daosheng's survivors.Therefore,it is clear to show the internal and external factors of Daosheng's thoughts in the later years and the establishment of the identity of Ming loyalists.The third chapter discusses Daosheng's the theory of fusion three religions in consisting with Confucianism.Daosheng passed the two steps of "Recognize the unique position of Confucius" and "the fusion of mind".Form the basic framework for the fusion of Confucianism and Buddhism.Then he proposed Zhuangzi as the proposition of "The Confucian special recognition".Incorporating Zhuangzi into the Confucian system with the idea of Zen formation,Thereby completing the convergence of Confucianism and Taoism.Finally,Daosheng explained the interpretation of “All Dharma belong to Zen” and “Unify five sects by Cao Dong”,Established the interior of Buddhism with Zen as the orthodoxy.Caodong is orthodox in the interior of Zen.Therefore,Daosheng constructed a theoretical system with Confucianism as the leading factor and Taoism as the two wings.The fourth chapter explains the thoughts of moderate which basised on“Combining Zhuangzi and Qu Yuan with Mencius” that proposed by Daosheng.First,determine the opportunity and basis for Daosheng to put Mencius,Zhuangzi and Qu Yuan Hui Zong together.On this basis,Dao Sheng interprets the three propositions of "resentment and anger","Nature and Human" and "Life and Death" proposed in the "Combining Zhuangzi and Qu Yuan with Mencius".Then analyze its theoretical purpose,That is to say,the birth of Mencius and Zhuangzi is compared with the death of Qu Yuan.Encourage Ming loyalists who is caught in a spiritual dilemma to break through the ethical bondage,Rewriting the System of Dao as a reason to provide rationality for the survival of the Ming loyalists.In summary,the author believes that.Confucianism has always occupied a dominant position in Daosheng's thoughts in his later years,and it has shown a trend of deepening,which is closely related to the identity of Ming loyalists.The identity of Ming loyalists can be said to be the main starting point and the foothold of Daosheng's ideological activities and practical activities in his later years.
