The development of the country cannot be separated from education,and the main perpetrators of education are teachers.With the continuous advancement of quality education,more and more attention has been paid to teachers' occupational happiness.Teachers' occupational happiness is not only the realization of teachers' own development and ideal value,but also an important factor influencing students' growth and educational career's development.Therefore,the focus on teachers' occupational happiness can not only improve the awareness of schools and teachers in pursuing the quality of life,promote the professional development of teachers,but also improve students' sense of happiness and provide references for educational management institutions and schools.This paper chooses junior high school English teachers as the research objects.Junior high school English teachers,as the teachers of a non-native subject,require the students to read and recite a lot.Absolutely they have certain subject characteristics and particularity.This paper selects three junior high school English teachers,who have different educational and teaching experiences in an integrated system school in Suzhou Industry Park,as the main research objects,through literature research,deeply interviews and narrative research to truly reflect the current situation of junior high school English teachers' occupational happiness,analyzes some main factors of influencing junior high school English teachers'occupational happiness and put forward some proper improving strategies,in order to improve the enthusiasm of teachers' work,to guide teachers' physical and mental development,and promote the development and progress of education.The research includes the comparison of the education background,educational background,work experience,family and other aspects of three junior high school English teachers in this integrated system school in Suzhou Industry Park and collect the their occupational happiness narrative stories.The three junior high middle school English teachers represent the new teacher,the potential teacher and the core teacher.Collate and analyze the stories which has been collected,and then describe the current situation of junior high school English teachers' occupational happiness.What's more,try to analyze the main influencing factors of junior high school English teachers' occupational happiness in the following three aspects:the society,the school and the teacher himself,and try to offer some proper promotion strategies of junior high school English teachers' occupational happiness based on the influencing factors.For example,improve the status and salary of teachers,ask the school leaders to care more about their teachers,improve the physical and mental health of the teachers,pay more attention to improving the teachers' professional accomplishment and so on.Finally,it summarizes the deficiencies and prospects of this research,hoping to arouse the teachers' sympathy and provide effective suggestions for improving happiness.
