Social media is rife in every aspect of people's lives,and it has changed the way people communicate.People will be unstinting in sharing their everything about them on social media,and the occurrence of this behavior will also lead to a series of subsequent online behaviors and interactions,such as the positive feedback from the network mentioned in this study.And online positive feedback as a form of online interaction,whether it will have a corresponding impact on the work attitude and behavior of employees? Based on the resource preservation theory,this study discusses whether the online positive feedback will affect the employee's interpersonal organization citizenship behavior through social self-esteem and psychological well-being through the two paths of employee cognition and emotion.Through a questionnaire survey of 311 active employees,this study explores the relationship between online positive feedback,emotional intelligence,psychological well-being,emotional intelligence and interpersonal organization citizenship behavior.The results show that the online positive feedback has a significant role in promoting interpersonal citizenship behavior.The employees' social self-esteem and psychological well-being are partly mediated the relationship between online positive feedback and interpersonal citizenship.Emotional intelligence moderates the cognitive pathway of online positive feedback and society self-esteem;emotional intelligence moderates the mediating effect of social self-esteem.The results link social networks with working variables and explain workplace phenomena,which has significance for both theory and practice.In the theoretical contribution,first of all,this study connects the network behavior with the workplace variables,and through the empirical research method,it is proved that the use of social media will also have a certain impact on employees and organizations.Secondly,this study explains how positive feedback on the network affects employees ' interpersonal organization citizenship behavior from two paths of cognition and emotion,and probes into the function mechanism of online positive feedback from a deep level.Finally,this study focuses on the compensation perspective of the theory of resource preservation,and expounds that positive feedback from the network will supplement the resources of employees at the emotional and cognitive levels,and then affect the subsequent interpersonal organization citizenship behavior of employees,and enrich the research field of resource preservation theory.In the practical contribution,the results of this study emphasize that employees receive feedback from family,friends,colleagues and leaders on social platforms,will produce some positive emotions and behaviors,both conducive to their own development and the operation of the Organization,so organizations and leaders can create an organizational atmosphere of concern and relationship for employees,In order to increase the positive psychological state of employees,so as to promote interpersonal harmony.
