The Transmutation Of The Artistic Style Of Li Keran’s Ink Figure Painting

The world in the 20 th century has undergone great changes.Western learning is spreading to the east,and the cultural exchanges between the east and the west continue to deepen.The western culture continuously impacts the traditional Chinese culture,and puts forward new requirements for the artistic expression of traditional Chinese painting.Under the new situation,Li Keran studied either traditional and western painting,and combined them together,Chinese wash painting was pushed to a new height.Li keran has made innovations in the expression techniques,composition language and communication content of figure painting,but it is far less well known to the public than landscape painting.Therefore,Li keran’s ink figure painting has high research value.This thesis is divided into four chapters to elaborate the artistic style of Li keran’s ink figure painting.The first chapter introduces the research background,significance,current situation,methods and innovation of this paper;The second chapter Outlines the development background of figure painting in the 20 th century,and describes Lli keran’s life experience,causes of artistic style and general situation of ink figure painting;The third chapter analyzes and compares the evolution process of Li keran’s ink figure painting from the early stage of brief and light,the middle stage of reform,to the late stage of emotional and real artistic style with the example of gao shi’s figure painting and cow herding figure painting;Chapter four is based on the background of the creation and development of modern and contemporary ink figures,expounds the influence of the artistic style of Li keran’s ink figure painting on the author’s creation from the perspectives of composition,brushwork and artistic conception.
