Has always been one of the main problems of philosophy is whether we have knowledge about the external world. The anxiety of theory is called “Skepticism”.Kant regards it as shame of philosophy.Skepticism is a main problem until the epistemology of contemporary philosophy, and it has been continuously concerned and discussed by scholar.Whether a theologian can make a proper response to skepticism is an important factor to evaluating it.The anxiety of theory about the world has been entrenched in the minds of epistemologists. In contemporary, the skepticism had refuted by Moore,Drezke,DeRose,Putnam,Contextualism and the latest Neo-Moorean.The refutation of Contextualism is currently the most popular strategy in academic. But,its revision of the definition of knowledge and the compromise of skepticism have made many scholars unsatisfied. Thus Neo-Mooream appeared. The reason why the Neo-Mooream is called Neo-Mooream is because it upholds common sense and inherits theory from Contextualism. That makes it refute reasonably Skepticism and shouldn't compromising with Skepticism. This paper sorts out two kinds of Neo-Mooream strategies, which one is based on the principle of context sensitivity proposed by Tim Black, another is based on disjunctism proposed by Pritchard. In the first chapter introduced the background of the Neo-Mooream,including several skeptical argument structures, are proposed by Drezke in Epistemic Operators, which one is closed argument based on the principle of knowledge closure and another is non-sufficient decisive argument based on the principle of non-sufficient determinacy. Most of skepticism argumentations are based on closed argument, and closed argument implicit non-sufficient decisive arguments. This chapter also introduced Moore's refutation of skepticism,it is "two hands" arguments. And contextualist strategies which is based on principle of context sensitivity proposed by DeRose. The second chapter introduced two different strategies of the Neo-Mooream.It includes strategy that based on the principle of context sensitivity proposed by Tim Black. And include strategy proposed by Pritchard,it is based on the disjuctism. These different rebuttal strategies are compared within their own, trying to explain the changing trend of the Neo-Mooream,From the perspective of perceptual philosophy,it shifts from defending internalism to externalism and finally to reconciles internalism with externalism. The third chapter focused on the difficulties of the two strategies, explaining these strategies does not solve our anxiety about the existence of the external world. The fourth chapter sorts out the premise of the skepticism, and believes that the premise of skepticism is rooted in the absolutely incorrect requirement of knowledge, while common sense that Neo-Mooream holds dose not need to accept this requirement. And try to propose a better solution,in order to alleviate the anxiety about external world caused by skepticism.
