Research On Ethical Problems Of Engineering Subject

With the rapid development of contemporary science and technology,mankind has gradually entered the engineering era,and engineering has become an important foundation for social development.Both large-scale material construction projects and non-material social projects are leading and influencing.The existence and development of nature,society and human beings,as well as the unregulated behavior of engineering subjects in engineering activities have caused many problems,serious impacts and endanger people's lives,safety and happiness.This paper adopts the concept of engineering and engineering subjects.Define and use ethical principles to analyze and study the ethical issues of engineering subjects.Firstly,this paper defines the scope of engineering from the perspective of engineering narrowly.It introduces the main types of engineering and engineering subjects in engineering activities,namely engineering decision-making body,engineering implementation subject,engineering use subject,and expounds that engineering subject should be in engineering activities.The ethical principles of observance.Secondly,it studies the ethical problems generated by each subject in the corresponding stage of engineering activities: the decision-making body mainly relies on the fair value of the "cost-benefit ratio" brought by engineering value and the engineering-induced engineering in the decision-making stage.The risk causes the public to have the issue of initiative responsibility arising from the right to informed consent.The implementation body in the implementation phase of the project mainly focuses on the social responsibility issues and safety quality issues generated by the designers and workers in the implementation process.The fundamental problem of social justice that should be paid attention to during the use stage of the project is the problem of implicit inequality in the use of the subject and the frugality of the use of the subject in the project.Finally,the internal and external causes of the problem are analyzed.The internal reasons are mainly explained from the three aspects of interest conflict,cultural difference and moral anomie of the engineering subject.The external reasons are mainly from the imperfection of engineering norms and engineering.The lack of ethical education and the imbalance of government supervision are analyzed.And trying to solve the ethical problems generated by the engineering subject from two aspects: improving the ethical responsibility consciousness of the engineering subject and promoting the ethical responsibility constructionof the engineering subject.To raise the awareness of ethical responsibility of engineering subjects,it is necessary to cultivate the awareness of large engineering concepts,create a people-oriented engineering culture and promote engineering concepts of the new era.Promoting the construction of ethical responsibility of engineering subjects requires improving the ethical responsibility system,strengthening engineering ethics education,and building a public monitoring platform.Through the comprehensive analysis of countermeasures,it provides a theoretical basis for the orderly conduct of engineering activities and promotes the harmonious development of engineering undertakings.
