Different societies have different ideologies.Television as a mass culture is a field of different expressions of ideology,collision,and integration.In the social environment where medical reform is urgent and doctor-patient relationship has received much attention,Chinese medical TV dramas have increasingly characterized the daily expression of ideology,examining and conveying the concepts of doctor profession,doctor-patient relationship,and bioethics.Through reviewing and combing,this paper establishes the Chinese medical dramas as the main research object after 2012.The article takes text analysis and content analysis as the main research methods,and uses the theories of film and television art and communication to elaborate and analyze the content composition,expression and expression motivation of the ideology expression of medical TV dramas.Through content analysis,it summarizes the contents of the ideology expression of medical TV dramas mainly for the gender differences in doctors' occupations and the relationship between doctors and patients.Using text analysis,it summarizes the way in which the ideology of medical dramas is mainly from ordinary people.The setting,the construction of conflicting stories,and the setting of selective focus scenes are carried out in three aspects.Finally,the article explores the motivation of the ideological expression of medical TV dramas,reflecting the domestic medical dramas to remove the obscurity between the ideology and the TV audience.Make constant attempts and good influences.
