M&A Of Animation Industry Chain

M&A is an important means for Chinese animation enterprises to quickly acquire,integrate resources,and to occupy the market,Compared to the animation industry of America and Japan,animation industry in China is still in the Immature stage.Animation industry has some distinctive characteristics such as unlimited product sale,high initial cost and low reproduction cost,instant comsumption,so that animation industry has the characteristics of Profit Multiplier,This is one of the important differences between the animation industry and other industries?Based on the combination of theory and case study,this paper studies the way of combining industry chain and specific company research.We focus on the most famous Chinese animation company Alpha animation,to analyse its M & A process and motivation,and draw a conclusion of the logic of M&A about the animation industry.At the same time we analyse the performance of M&A,which has a certain reference significance for investors and listing Corporation.
