The development of Chinese piano music has gone through a period of formation,adaptation and diversification.In this process,countless Chinese composers constantly explore the organic combination of creative techniques and Chinese style.Zhang Zhao's modern piano work PiHuang expresses the rich interest of Peking Opera and the simple musical mood with innovative composing ideas.On the basis of the author's interview with the composer Zhang Zhao,this paper discusses the ideological connotation of the song and the misunderstanding of its universality in performing techniques.In order to understand the intrinsic of this work more appropriately,and then guide the second creation.
