The Research Of The Living Inheritance Of The Legend Of Dong Yong In Xiaogan

The legend of Dong Yong told the story of the filial of Dong Yong moving the god.His act that he sold the body to bury his father moved the god.The god made the goddess to be his wife and helped him to pay the debts.The story integrated the “filial piety” and “love” into one.The academic circles basically believed that the legend of Dong Yong was born in the Western Han Dynasty and experienced inheritance more than one thousand years.Although the plot had undergone several changes,the legend's core element,filial piety,has not changed.It was still widely circulated as the theme of filial piety.The living heritage of the legend of Dong Yong of Xiaogan in Hubei was a typical example.In order to gain a deeper understanding of Dong Yong's legendary livelihood in Xiaogan,I conducted a large number of field investigations.After sorting out the analysis and investigation of the materials,the following three conclusions were drawn.First,the oral inheritance of the legend of Dong Yong was presented in a living state in Xiaogan.The specific expressions were that the oral story was inherited and the content about that the people narrated the development of the story of Dong Yong's legend,the core storyline,and the origin of the name of Xiaogan was basically consistent,showing strong inheritance and stability.The oral telling was variability.Some of the storylines were rich in verbal essays and different people told different contents.The characteristics of inheritance and variability had different degrees of influence on the development and evolution of the legend of Dong Yong.It depended on the inheritance characteristics of folk literature,which made the legend have the characteristics of completeness,stability and good oral inheritance.At the same time,it had the characteristics of vivid,creative,and inspiring in the continuous processing of variation.Second,the landscape inheritance had its own independent stereo discourse system,which was different from the spontaneous oral behavior of verbal inheritance and the dynamic behavior of ritual inheritance.The landscape inheritance emphasized the inheritance of the legend itself and the filial piety culture from the static level,as well as the experience of the viewers and tourists on the legend and filial piety culture.The landscape inheritance of the legend of Dong Yong was presented in a living state in Xiaogan.As a place where the landscape of Dong Yong's legends was concentrated,The park of Dong Yong inherited and disseminated the legend of the legend Dong Yong through the interpretation of the legendary landscape,the display of landscapes,the display of research results,and the “corroboration”.There actively used the scattered and independent cultural landscape and the name naming form to express the legendary theme,awaken the legendary memory,and induced the oral narration of the people,making the legendary inheritance chain work naturally under the banner of creating a cultural city of Chinese filial piety.Third,the ceremony heritage of the legend of Dong Yong was presented in a living state in Xiaogan.The ceremony heritage extracted the core content of Dong Yong's legend that could stand the test of the times: filial piety and longing for good love,and carried on a large number of influential ritual activities for every year.There conducted the daily filial piety practice activities of filial piety culture guided by the principles and policies of filial piety culture and took the traditional festival as an opportunity to spread the filial piety culture factor.The filial piety tourism festival was held to promote the inheritance and development of filial piety culture.Furthermore,Xiaolian culture,Xiaoqin culture,Xiaode culture,Xiaocheng culture and Xiaoyong culture were transpired from the ritualization activities achieving the transformation and integration of the new trend and new content of the filial piety culture.The author deeply explored the positive significance of its living heritage on the basis of excavating the status of the legend of Dong Yong living heritage in Xiaogan.There were advocating a simple and natural view of healthy love,promoting filial piety culture,constructing socialist core values and utilizing filial piety resources to develop tourism economy.The ideological values conveyed by the legend of Dong Yong prompted the people to re-examine the concept of love and marriage.It also affected the ethical thoughts and morality,the order and standardization of the people's family life and social life,as well as the formation and promotion of the entire city's cultural literacy,resulting in the formation of a harmonious family atmosphere of filial piety and love,and a good tradition of good social customs.In general,landscape inheritance and ritual inheritance promote the production of oral narration in terms of oral inheritance,landscape inheritance,and ritual inheritance,in the natural oral narrative.The oral inheritance and the landscape inheritance formed a pattern of mutual reference and complement each other in the cultural landscape;the ritual inheritance was the activity of filial piety culture conveyed by oral inheritance and landscape inheritance.The three ways formed a dynamic,flexible and complementary situation in the process of the living heritage of the legend of Dong Yong in Xiaogan.They formed a synergy to make the legend of Dong Yong alive and inherited and made the legend of Dong Yong had been integrated with the development of the city and the daily cultural life of the local people in Xiaogan.
