This report is written on the basis of the practice of translating of Royal FrieslandCampina Corporate Social Responsibility Report Update 2017.As a non-financial corporate report,CSR report is a kind of practical report,which is widely used by modern enterprises,especially medium-sized and big enterprises.Generally speaking,the purpose of enterprises' launching CSR report is to conclude social responsibilities fulfilled by enterprises and show stakeholders corporate strategies and measures.When economic globalization goes well,more and more transnational enterprises go all out to develop Chinese market.Translated CSR report is one of the important sources for Chinese consumers to learn and recognize these enterprises.It can be found that FrieslandCampina CSR report has both publicity and reporting function.It not only reports to shareholders the basic performance of the company in the past year,but,more importantly,publicizes corporate cultures to the society and enables the public to learn and recognize the company,so as to create a positive image.Guided by Skopos Theory,the translation report,viewing from the propaganda objectives of the original text and the readability of the translation,discusses and analyzes concrete problems in the translation practice,and provided detailed solutions.When these translation problems are settled,the translated version can be smooth and fluent and conforms to the reading habit of Chinese people.Meanwhile,the translation tactics used in the translation can provide thoughts to professionals in this sector.This translation report is composed of four chapters.Chapter one is the program introduction,which is illustrated from program background introduction,problems which the program aims to solve,and the significance of the program.Chapter two is the introduction to the translation process,which describes how the translator,under the guidance of Skopos Theory,exercises the translation practice.The whole process includes preparation,the reading of parallel texts,translation,and proofreading.Chapter three is the most important part of the report.In this chapter,some problems which are worth our attentions in the translation of CSR report are discussed in terms of lexical features,syntactic features and thought features,and relevant translation tactics are concluded.The last chapter is conclusion,which summarizes the translation practice and provides experience and lessons for the translation of similar texts.
