With the continuous deepening of economic globalization,cultural trade has rapidly developed and changed the traditional economic model on a global scale.In the world,the development rate of their cultural industries has mostly surpassed that of traditional manufacturing in developed and developing countries.On the economic scale,the cultural industry has even become the pillar and leading industry of some countries.As uprising industry,the cultural industry is gradually becoming a new national economic growth point.The film industry is the most international feature of cultural industry,and its share in cultural trade is directly related to the development of a country's cultural industry.The most representative of cultural products is the film and television products.With its vivid content,it affects the values and lifestyles of the importing countries unconsciously.It can increase the international influence of the exporting country while bringing huge economic benefits to the exporting country.In recent years,Chinese film and television industry have developed considerably.But in general,foreign film and television trade has been in a state of deficit for many years.As a strong film and television industry in Asia and the world,Japan has maintained its advantage through the implementation of the strategy of establishing a country through culture.Particularly,in recent years,the animation and film market has been the main breakthrough,and the rapid export of film and television products to China has intensified the imbalance between Chinese and Japanese film and television trade.Based on the diamond model and value chain,this paper illustrates the current imbalance between Chinese and Japanese film and television trade.By the comparative analysis,The imbalance between Chinese and Japanese film and television trade is mainly due to the different production factors and low scale economy of Chinese film and television industry,the different behaviors of the government in the film and television industry,the different market demand in the domestic and Japanese film and television industry,the lack of competitiveness of film and television enterprises and the different external opportunities.On this basis,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the imbalance of the status quo are put forward in a targeted manner.
