This paper set the object of Escher's works,interpret the language and philosophizing codes between real and virtual,subjective and objective,normal and special in his works by displacement method.Connect art ontology and art sociology,focus on the current social phenomenon,combined with oil painting in the two-dimensional plane to shape multi-dimensional visual viewing,explore the possibility of the path and development of Escher Art inheritance in the present oil painting creation.As a unique artist in the history of art,Maurits Cornelis Escher's works of art have the vitality of continuous in many subject fields.He broke the multi-disciplinary barrier and incorporated the dialectical thinking of philosophy,the precise calculation of mathematics and the construction method of architecture into the artistic creation.His works are full of calm rationality,with monotonous color,act out of normal behaviours of emotional catharsis.Through the change of viewpoint,the occlusion of lines,the subtle changes of light and dark,with realistic techniques through the works to express his contradictory and harmonious world outlook.But Escher,who gained attention and recognition in philosophy,architecture,mathematics and other fields,was turned away from art history for a long time,and even his headmaster said of him:"He is too hardworking,diligent,wenzhe too strong,lack of mood and random play behavior,it is difficult to call him an artist."^[1]This theme is based on such a foundation,from the most obvious three contradictions in Escher's works:real and virtual,emotional expression of the subjective and objective,the general and special artistic appearance of in-depth discussion and to reflect on the creative ideas of Escher to the inspiration of oil painting creation.This study first uses methods of individual case study,literature research and image research to understand Escher's life and turbulent social background,analyze the changes of Escher works,and to summarize the continuation and development of his works in the three major periods of artistic concept and expressive technique from the period of landscape painting to the period of mosaic graphics to the final period of contradictory space.Then analyze the artistic appearance of Escher,and summarizes the greatest artistic features of Escher through literature and image data,which lies in the construction of contradictory relations in the works.Finally,according to the characteristics of Escher artistic appearance,the paper puts forward three specific aspects of Escher contradictory relationship.On this basis,the author studies the three specific aspects of contradiction in Escher's Works,combines art sociology,reflects on the contradictory phenomena of social existence and compares them with the metaphor in Escher's works,and puts forward the view that Escher's artistic path still has vitality in the present social situation.This study does not simply interpret Escher's works of art,but should be implemented in the present artistic creation.The author chooses to combine oil painting with Escher's creative ideas based on oil painting in two-dimensional plane imitation to reproduce the advantages of multidimensional reality.At the same time,through the relationship between art sociology and the effect of biological psychology field,the author puts forward that the artistic creation path of Escher deconstruction reality and creating beyond reality can be combined with image language to reflect the current artistic innovation.
