Taizhou folk song is an important part of Taizhou traditional culture and folk art,and it is also a unique part of folk song art in Zhejiang and even the whole country.Taizhou folk songs have rich cultural connotations and prominent historical,cultural and aesthetic values.Since the 1980 s,the relevant departments have collected and collated Taizhou folk songs extensively,compiled and published a collection of folk songs,and made limited issuance,so far,no comprehensive and in-depth study has been conducted.Therefore,in-depth study and vigorous promotion of Taizhou folk songs has important practical significance and far-reaching historical value.This paper is divided into six parts(including introduction and conclusion).The introduction mainly introduces the general situation of Taizhou folk songs,the current research situation and the significance of this topic.The first chapter reveals the living environment and cultural background of Taizhou folk songs.Taizhou is located in the middle and eastern part of Zhejiang Province.It is close to the mountains and the sea.Agriculture and fishery are two traditional modes of production.In the past,it mainly relied on human and animal labor.In farming areas,more cattle are raised.Much wood and stone should be taken in production and construction.Quarrying and transporting stones have become an important part of Taizhou people's labor.This has also become an important performance theme of Taizhou folk songs.Fishing abroad is an important means of livelihood for coastal fishermen.Folk songs related to this are also relatively rich.In culture,Taizhou has a long history.Since Sui and Tang Dynasties,it has become the center of Buddhist and Taoist culture.Folk art is rich and colorful.The dialects that have been used for generations belong to Taizhou Section of Wu Dialect and have unique pronunciation rules.All these have become the most important cultural source of Taizhou folk song art.The second chapter introduces the types and characteristics of Taizhou folk songs.Taizhou folk songs have their own distinct cultural characteristics and high artistic value.It is closely related to the inherent production and life style of Taizhou people.Among the labor numbers,boat and fishery accounts for a large proportion of Engineering numbers.It is straightforward in the expression of thoughts and feelings,not yet decorative,simple and natural;rhythm is rhythmic,structure and style is relatively simple.There are basically three sources of Taizhou folk songs: mountain grazing,field work and fishing for the sea.Its emotional expression is mostly frank and clear,the form of music is relatively free,the structure of the passage is more simple,and the change of the structure of the phrase is more abundant.Taizhou minor is relatively regular in form,flexible in expression and diverse in technique.It has the characteristics of tortuosity and meticulousness.In Taizhou minor,there are a large number of foreign melodies that have been absorbed and fused.Chapter three explores the cultural connotations in the linguistic meaning of Taizhou folk songs.Lyrics are important carriers and ways of expression of folk songs.They are the direct presentation of song creators and performers' ideological feelings and cultural connotation.They are also the concrete and vivid reflection of national and local cultural characteristics.In the lyric language of Taizhou folk songs,there are rich cultural implications.The first is to reveal the image of the difficult and challenging living conditions of Taizhou people in the past.Poor farmers often go out to do long-term work.The life of fishermen on the sea is not only hard but also full of danger.Taizhou folk songs express the poverty and bitterness of the people at the bottom of the old society.Secondly,Taizhou folk songs vividly express the labor situation and real feelings under the traditional production mode.Shangshan and Shanghai are the traditional mode of production and labor of Taizhou people,and also the most prominent theme of Taizhou folk songs.In addition to vividly reproducing the labor scene and atmosphere at that time,Taizhou folk songs also reflect the positive and optimistic attitude towards life and the spirit of struggle of workers.Thirdly,Taizhou folk songs also contain rich folk culture information.Including food culture,wedding ceremony,funeral ritual and music culture,as well as religious activities.It also involves some unique festival customs.Fourthly,in terms of reflecting the state of the world,Taizhou folk songs are the most prominent expressions of love and kinship.Folk songs with beautiful sentiments vividly express the beauty of human feelings and human nature.At the same time,it also exposes some people's selfishness and harshness,and exposes the ugly side of human nature.Fifth,Taizhou folk songs clearly show the unique charm and cultural personality of Taizhou dialect.The artistic features of folk songs are inseparable from their linguistic features.Not only in literary expression,but also in the formation and shaping of musical personality,Taizhou dialect has a great influence on Taizhou folk songs.Chapter Four analyses the cultural connotation of Taizhou folk music.The unique artistic quality and musical form of Taizhou folk songs are the important manifestation of their unique cultural value,and also an important part of their cultural connotation.It is a higher form of sublimation and artistic presentation of national and local cultures.First of all,from the scale of the mode,the labor chants in Taizhou folk songs are mostly palace,feather and levy tunes,with regular rhythm and strong repetition.Taizhou folk songs are mainly composed of feather tunes except Huniu folk songs.The modes of Taizhou folk song minor are the most diverse,and the palace mode,the commercial mode and the levy mode are the three most prominent.This is related to the diversity of themes in minor,as well as the different effects of foreign tunes on the local environment.Secondly,from the perspective of rhythm and melody,the rhythm is the primary feature of Taizhou labor chant.The rhythm unit length of Taizhou chant is basically in a moderate state,with a strong sense of rhythm,compact music,regular,strong tone,moderate speed and strong propulsion.The rhythm of Taizhou folk songs is quite free,mostly without regular rhythm.It is also unstable in raising and speed,and has great changes in spinning method.Taizhou minor has the characteristics of regular rhythm,obvious rhythm and flexible rhythm in music form.Between several phrases,the sentence case is mostly symmetrical.Lehui is rich and changeable with smooth melody.Thirdly,from the point of view of the sentence pattern,the prominent musical feature of Taizhou Labor Chant is that it mostly adopts the singing form of collar and combination.The structure is simple,the structure independence of the segment is not strong,and the performance level of the segment is not distinct.Most of Taizhou folk songs have relatively simple structure,while the structure of the phrases is more variable,mostly using the Four-Sentence style of inheritance and conversion.The structure and function of Taizhou minor is clear.The most common types of musical structures are correspondence and transition.The structure of the passage is diverse,complete and independent.Fourthly,Taizhou folk songs are rich in the use of lining words and tunes,which is an important manifestation of their musical style and artistry.There are three main types of interlining: interlining,interlining and interlining.There are three forms of lining: first lining,middle lining and last lining.Among the characteristics of sentence end downward,receives in the bass position.In a word,Taizhou folk songs are deeply rooted in the unique geographical and cultural soil of Taizhou,with distinctive artistic quality and rich cultural connotations.It is an excellent representative of Han folk art.In Taizhou folk songs,both Lyric language and musical form reflect distinct local characteristics and cultural character.The singing characteristics of Taizhou folk songs are closely related to their dialect pronunciation characteristics.Most of the characters in Taizhou folk songs are different from Putonghua in tone color,rich in tone and unique in pronunciation.This has a profound impact on the artistic form and singing performance of Taizhou folk songs,and also constitutes its unique cultural character,giving him unique cultural connotation and artistic value.It is of great practical significance and far-reaching historical value to analyze and study Taizhou folk songs from different academic perspectives.
