With the proposal and implementation of core accomplishment,the development of students' core literacy and subject core literacy has become the trend of China's curriculum reform.A new round of curriculum reform not only puts forward new requirements for curriculum and teaching.There are higher requirements for evaluation.At the same time,classroom evaluation is the necessary part of the teaching process.As the designer and operator of classroom evaluation activities,English teachers in middle high school should improve their classroom evaluation quality.It not only complies with the requirements of curriculum reform and the change of evaluation paradigm,but also is the internal demand of teacher's self-professional development.Firstly,the framework of classroom assessment literacy of English teachers in junior high school is constructed based on the theoretical research.On the basis of a comprehensive review of various studies on teacher evaluation literacy at home and abroad,the core concepts of literacy,evaluation literacy and classroom evaluation literacy of English teachers in junior high school are defined.There are based on the theories of educational evaluation and teacher professional development.At the same time,according to the Professional Standards for Middle School Teachers(trial)and English curriculum standards for compulsory education and other relevant policy documents,there are constructed three dimensions of classroom evaluation literacy of English teachers in junior high school.Specifically,it includes the dimension of element composition,the dimension of work process and the dimension of evaluation content and explains each dimension in detail.Secondly,this paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of classroom evaluation literacy of English teachers in junior high school based on the practical research.Then a questionnaire was designed based on the structural system of classroom assessment literacy of English teachers in junior high school.There was investigated and analyzed the present situation of classroom evaluation literacy of more than 100 English teachers in five junior high schools in a city.It is found thatthere are some problems in the classroom evaluation literacy of junior middle school English teachers based on the data obtained.Finally,this paper proposes methods and strategies for the development of English teachers' classroom evaluation in junior high school from three aspects:society,school and teachers based on the analysis of the survey results and combined with the problems mentioned by the teachers in the interview.The society should strengthen and improve the guarantee mechanism of teachers' quality in classroom evaluation.Schools should create a good evaluation atmosphere and provide a platform for the development of teachers' classroom evaluation literacy.Teachers effectively promote the development of classroom evaluation literacy through professional independent learning and teaching practice.
