Wang Chong's Inductive Logic Thought

Many scholars have a skeptical attitude towards the existence of ancient Chinese inductive logic.This paper attempts to prove the existence of ancient Chinese inductive logic thoughts in the inductive reasoning method of Wang Chong's "lun heng",and take its essence and go to its dross.Provide a new direction for the development of modern inductive logic.The pre-Qin period was the golden age of Chinese logic.After the Qin and Han dynasties,the study of Chinese logic once fell into a trough.It was in this era of chaotic thought that Wang Chong's inductive logic became a new highlight of this period.But until now,many Chinese sages have not formed a systematic study of Wang Chong's inductive logic.The study of Wang Chong's logic is limited to argumentation logic.Wang Chong's inductive logic thought has the status of inheriting the past and the future.On the basis of seeking to possess and loyal to the existing literature,this paper sorts out the development process of ancient Chinese inductive logic and systematically studies Chinese inductive logic.It lies in the study of Wang Chong's inductive logic.Wang Chong strongly criticized the theological religion and the induction of heaven and human beings.In this process,Wang Chong used a large number of methods of argumentation of inductive logic.This article will be based on traditional logic and take the development of the logic history of the pre-Qin and Han Dynasties as the line.The use of inductive logic argumentation method is analyzed and analyzed,and then the ancient Chinese inductive logic thought is continued and developed.Although there have been many studies on the logical reasoning in Wang Chong's " lun heng ",we have found that most of the research is about Wang Chong's argumentation theory,but there is very little research on Wang Chongshu's inductive thinking.Wang Chong's contribution to logic is mainly reflected in his " lun heng ".The logic contained in "lun heng" not only inherits the views of the predecessors,"the name and the reality",but also develops its own Logical thinking has had a very profound impact on later generations and is of great significance to the study of Chinese logic history.This paper attempts to find out Wang Chong's use of inductive reasoning in logic from Wang Chong's " lun heng ",from Wang Chong's induction of inference,the basis of reasoning,principles,requirements and the development of Chinese inductive logic.Inductive reasoning.
