Rudolf Carnap is regarded as one of the most famous analytic philosophers of the 20th century. As one of the core leaders of Vienna Circle,Carnap is a leading exponet of both Empiricism and Logical positivism. In the 1950s,Carnap developed a probability logic which system made it possible for inductive logic to be deductive, formal and definitive, and pushed the study on inductive logic onto an unprecedented level. To review Camap's inductive logic, this thesis will examine his thought of induction, his inductive logic system and the bifurcations about it,and show the development process of his theory's coming into being. It consists of:Part 1 shows the original thought of Carnap's theory and gives a main introduction to his theory.Part 2 talks about Carnap's inductive logic system, its formal language(?),function c and systematicλ.Part 3 the deals with discussions about Carnap's inductive logic, which makes of 9 aspects:zero probability of indefinite universal propositions, content measurements' being inversely proportional to logical probability, the discussion about enumeration induction, etc.Part 4 probes why and how Camap changed his idea in the process of confirming his inductive logic and it's significance.
