With the continuous improvement of China's international status,more and more people are beginning to learn Chinese.Due to the differences in history and culture,there are many problems in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.Among them,the writing of Chinese characters is considered to be the most difficult point,especially for those students who write in the country of letters.Force tactile interaction is a new way of human-computer interaction.The use of force tactile devices can simulate the environment of human writing well and improve the efficiency of Chinese writing.At present,China's research on the teaching of Chinese character writing based on force tactile equipment is still in its infancy,especially the evaluation of writing quality.In the evaluation of Chinese character writing quality,many evaluation models are based on empirical formulas.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct an objective evaluation of the quality of Chinese characters.In view of the above problems,this paper develops a teaching system for foreign Chinese characters writing and a system for writing Chinese characters based on force tactile.The Chinese character writing teaching system is used to collect Chinese handwritten data.The Chinese character writing evaluation system is used to analyze the collected Chinese character writing data,mainly from the aspects of font shape,stroke order,stroke direction,strokes,stroke intersection,Chinese character position and size.The trajectory is analyzed and an objective comprehensive evaluation model is established by Kmeans++ algorithm.The main work of this paper is as follows:First,a large number of reading human-computer interaction,force touch interaction,Chinese writing teaching and other literature materials,understand OpenHaptics Toolkit interface,$P Point-Cloud Recognizer algorithm,k-means clustering algorithm,message middleware Active MQ,etc.,for development Prepare the Chinese writing teaching system and evaluation system.Second,the system development required for the research project was designed and completed.Among them,the Chinese character writing teaching uses the Open Haptics framework as the development framework of the driving device,and the Geomagic Touch device acts as the force tactile interactive device.The Chinese character writing evaluation system is combined with ML.net and $P algorithm to evaluate several indicators such as glyph,stroke,pen stroke,stroke direction,intersection point,position,pen force,etc.,using Kmeans++ algorithm for unsupervised evaluation classification to achieve comprehensive evaluation.Third,design and complete the experiment,analyze and process the Chinese character data and use SPSS for analysis,and conclude that the evaluation level should be divided into three categories.Using the evaluation model,teacher manual evaluation and picture similarity comparison evaluation,the three evaluation methods are simultaneously evaluated.By calculating the Spearman rank correlation coefficient between the three sets of results,the evaluation results of the model and the artificial evaluation results can be found.The results of the picture similarity comparison evaluation are all related,and the conclusion that the result of the Chinese character evaluation model is valid is obtained.The conclusion that the Chinese character evaluation model can effectively evaluate Chinese characters provides a certain reference for the design and research of Chinese writing writing evaluation algorithms and models,and has certain significance and value for promoting Chinese teaching.
