Most of the museum's existing exhibitions are tangible material and cultural heritage exhibitions, and the intangible cultural heritage of intangible form(hereinafter referred to as “non-legacy”)is displayed in the same way as the material cultural heritage, with simple words or pictures. The difference between non-legacy and material cultural heritage is that non-legacy is the inheritance of skill and technology. It is only displayed by static collections. It only shows a result, and ignores the most important process. It doesn't work on protecting information and inheritance. The emergence of the virtual exhibition hall solved the current predicament of the museum. The virtual exhibition hall simulates the real space through three-dimensional technology, with images, sounds, video, etc. It breaks through the limitations of time and space, and it also allows people to feel the immersive feeling when visiting the exhibition. In addition, since the information capacity of the virtual exhibition hall is almost unlimited,in addition to permanent storage of the exhibition information and permanent exhibition,it can be expanded and extended to further expand the educational and influence of the museum.Although the virtual exhibition hall has won the favor of most museums, its shortcomings are also obvious. The main manifestations are as follows: Firstly, the means of expression is relatively simple. It just copyies the real scene onto the network and lacks of the integration of audiovisual elements and user interaction;Secondly, the content is poor, and the advantages of digital information storage and the role of multimedia are not fully utilized;thirdly, the form is relatively old,and the real life connection with users is not enough. The information services need to be improved. Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the user experience of the virtual exhibition hall to determine what kind of service can meet the needs of users. How to formulate relevant evaluation criteria and establish an effective evaluation method is an urgent problem to be solved. This topic builds a user experience evaluation system and a quantitative model from the current status of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Virtual Exhibition Hall(hereinafter referred to as the “Non-Relics Virtual Exhibition Hall”).Firstly, based on the existing literature research, the user experience evaluation dimension and the first-level evaluation index of the non-legacy virtual exhibition hall are summarized. Then the comprehensive literature research method,semi-structured user interview, open questionnaire survey method and expert evaluation method are collected.Organize, summarize, and screen user experience evaluation indicators, and construct a user experience evaluation system for non-legacy virtual exhibition halls. In the quantification stage, the questionnaire was designed and distributed based on the Likert scale, and the recovered questionnaire data was analyzed by SPSS19.0.After the reliability and validity test, the factor analysis method was used to screen the irrelevant indicators, and the principal component analysis method was used to calculate the index weights. Finally, three evaluation dimensions including sensory level, interaction level and reflection level were established, and five first-level evaluation indicators were established. And a quantitative model of the user experience evaluation of the non-legacy virtual exhibition halls with 18 secondary evaluation indicators. The three evaluation dimensions include the sensory level, the interaction level and the reflection level;the five first-level evaluation indicators are aesthetic experience, interactive experience, immersive experience, emotional experience, and cultural experience;they are divided into 18 by the five first-level evaluation indicators. The secondary evaluation indicators are: pattern, color, text, icon and layout under aesthetic experience;universality and fluency under interactive experience;visual richness, action immersion, sports relationship and sound coordination under immersive experience;emotion Experience the novelty, exploration, satisfaction, personalization and intimacy;the non-legacy content and non-legacy integration under the cultural experience. Each evaluation metric is given dimension weights and total weights to compare the importance of the overall user experience. Finally, the validity and usability of the quantitative model are verified.Taking the virtual exhibition hall of Time China Embroidery in Chongqing China Three Gorges Museum as the experimental object, the model was used to evaluate the user experience. After selecting the corresponding indicators for optimization design based on the evaluation results, the user experience evaluation is performed again.Through comparative analysis, the average score and the weighted average score of the user experience evaluation after optimization are improved to different extents, indicating that the model is effective and usable in the user experience evaluation of the non-legacy virtual exhibition hall. The construction of the user experience evaluation system and quantitative model of the non-legacy virtual exhibition hall embodies the general principle of “people-oriented”,which helps the museum to design a non-legacy virtual exhibition hall that meets the needs of users according to the user experience. The future exhibitions will be inseparable from digital technology and web technology.Focusing on the users' own feelings,we can further improve the display and service quality of non-legacy virtual exhibition halls and the efficiency of information dissemination, and effectively protect the culture of nonlegacy.inherited.
