A Sound Study Of Chenkiang Yaoqiao Dialect

The aim of this dissertation is providing the sound system of Yaoqiao dialect on the basis of first-hand materials.Ho?ophone and match of initials,finals,and tones are listed.Based on the description of sound system,the transitional features of Yaoqiao dialects are provided,by comparing Yao dialect with Suzhou Dialects and Mandarin Chinese.In addition,the distinction between Putonghua and Yaoqiao dialect will be uncovered,so as ancient Chinese sound system.Besides,this thesis research [?] in the different ages.The author finds the pronunciation distinction in the [?] is caused by two different approaches-matching and proportional analogy.
