A Study On The Modern Transformation Of Chinese Traditional Family Culture

Chinese traditional culture is based on Family.The ancients considered the family as a bond to connect Home with Country,they regulated the behavior of family members according to national norms.Excellent traditional family culture is an organic part of Chinese traditional culture.It carries the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation,reflects the development of social civilization,and plays a pivotal role in the stable development and long-term continuation of traditional society.However,since the modern times,influenced by the anti-traditional craze of the May Fourth Movement,shocked by the Destroy the Four Olds during the Cultural Revolution period,and impacted by the deconstruction of Western culture,the traditional family culture has been engulfed into the wave of modernization.For these complex reasons,the family tradition is troubled with the crisis of Fracture and Integration and the dilemma of Modernization.Traditional family culture is the product of the times,and it's changing with the development of the times.The traditional family culture will be passed down in a new way,but it will not be separated from the inheritance of traditional culture.The follow-up development of traditional family culture has become an inevitable trend,and its modern transformation has become a top priority.Based on the intrinsic relevance between tradition and modern culture,this study attempts to provide the Interculturality perspective into the modern transformation of traditional family culture,explore the significance of the inheritance of excellent traditional family culture and its inheritance status in contemporary society,and find the modern transformation countermeasures of today's family culture.The thesis is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is mainly summarizing the related issues of family culture,paving the way for further research.The second chapter examines traditional Chinese culture historically,and makes an overall systematic analysis of traditional family culture,including the historical evolution,main content,basic characteristics,historical role and contemporary values,in order to have a profound understanding of traditional family culture.The third chapter provides the Interculturality perspective into the research,which explains the rationality of Interculturality.On the basis of exploring the dilemma of modern family style transformation and the existing paradigm,it attempts to explore feasible paths.The fourth chapter is guided by the socialist core values,and proposes the concrete realization of the modern transformation from the perspective of Interculturality.It aims to realize the Live Inheritance,Differential Fusion and Creative Transformation of traditional family culture,promotes the construction of family members' spirit and the formation of new social trends,for the purpose of providing a strong spiritual impetus for the construction of a socialist harmonious society.
