Zi Xue Zheng Ben is a wordbook written in Kangxi eighth years by Li Jing,a literati from Gaoyang,Hebei.Expect for interpreting the words collected,Li Jing also uses kinds of measures to indicate related pronunciations,such as Fanqie,direct equivalent and so on,which are not only abundant,but also highly systematic.This paper comprehensively expounds the phonological characteristics of two sets of phonological systems in Zi Xue Zheng Ben by sorting out the similarities and differences in the position of phonological tone between the Fanqie,direct equivalent and the translated characters.The main phonological systems in Zi Xue Zheng Ben is complete with mandarin in middle and late Ming dynasty as major component while a myriad of real sounds as special component by comparing the similarities and differences in the phonological systems between Zi Xue Zheng Ben,Hong Wu Zheng Yun,Zheng Yin Jun Yan,Yuan Yun Pu,Wu Fang Yuan Yin and Zhuo An Yun Wu.This paper also compares the similarities and differences in the phonological systems between the real sounds system in Zi Xue Zheng Ben and phonological systems in current Baoding dialect.Finally this paper will makes use of document materials during Song dynasty and later period,and draw the outline of the evolution trajectories coming to Baoding dialect for over 350 years.At same time the reasons and mechanisms of evolution are explained in this paper according to the modern phonetics theories.
