Research On The Integration And Service Of Digital Archive Resources Based On The Needs Of Historical Research

Historiography researchers have always been one of the important utilization groups of archives.Recognizing and grasping the characteristics and laws of utilization requirements of history researchers is an important basis for the archives department to develop collection resources and provide utilization services.With the continuous development of historical research,not only has the research field gradually increased,but the demand for archive materials has also changed.At the same time,comprehensive archives continue to promote the construction of archives information,resulting in a large number of native digital archive resources and archived resources after digitization.With the increasingly open service concept of archives and the trend of providing archive services to the public,how to effectively integrate digital archive resources and provide digital archive resource services to the public is also constantly being explored.This article takes historical researchers as the main research group,and focuses on the integration and service of digital archive resources oriented to the needs of historical research.Through network surveys and field surveys of archives institutions,targeted questionnaire surveys and field interviews with historical researchers.Identify and summarize the overall characteristics and barriers to utilization of historical researchers' utilization needs.Therefore,feasible solutions and strategies are proposed for the integration and service of digital archive resources.The full text includes five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.It introduces the background and significance of the topic selection,reviews the research situation at home and abroad,introduces the research methods and framework of this article,and summarizes the innovations of the article.The second chapter is the definition of the concept.First,it clarifies the needs of archive users and related concepts,and secondly,the digital archive resources and related concepts.The third chapter is empirical research.In order to understand the overall characteristics and specific obstacles of the current historical researcher's use needs,the author conducted a field survey on the comprehensive archives,conducted a directional questionnaire survey and field interview with the historical researcher,and passed the survey results.Analyze and propose the characteristics of the extensiveness of historical researchers' demand for archival materials and the obvious preference for sharing of digital archive resources and personal resource pools.At the same time,it summarizes that the current archive resources cannot fully meet the needs of historical research,archive retrieval obstacles and the openness archives sharing platform lacks practicality.The fourth chapter proposes a digital archive resource integration scheme and realization path based on the needs of historical research,aiming at the characteristics and obstacles of historical researchers.Digitize the historical archives to solve the problem of the quantity and quality of the archives resources,and optimize the structure of the archives resources to solve the structural problems of the archives resources.In the integration path selection,through the cooperation between institutions,digital humanities research team and the participation of historical researchers,to achieve the effective integration of digital archive resources.The fifth chapter proposes specific strategies for digital archive resource services based on the needs of historical research in view of the obstacles in the use of historical research.
