Research On Digital Resource Service Of The Intangible Cultural Heritage

In the 21st century,with the regression of traditional cultural,China,s cultural power in the world has been further enhanced.Party and government attach increasing importance to development and inheritance of traditional culture,and the protection of intangible cultural heritage which contains the essence of traditional culture has been gradually carried out.However,the protection is still insufficient due to China's vast geographical area and large number of intangible cultural heritage.In addition,the contradiction between supply and demand of public digital culture services is intensifying,with the rapid development of digital environment and huge growth of public culture demands.Digitization of the intangible cultural heritage and its resource service is an important trend to protect the intangible cultural heritage.It is also an inevitable requirement of perfect public culture service and becomes important contents of cultural development in the new period.Increasingly,research and practice on digitization of the intangible cultural heritage and its resource service are in progress in our country.However,digital resource service of the intangible cultural heritage and its system research are not discussed from the point of information service components.The following four aspects are drawn after comparing domestic with overseas research eases.First,focus on users,demands as service principles;second,establish a resource sharing mechanism for inter-agency and inter-regional cooperation under the leadership of the government;third,enrich the quantity and quality of resources and focus on the application of new technologies and methods;fourth,establish a perfect system of resource service technology.Under the guidance of information service theory,new public service theory and system theory,this paper defines and dissects digital resource service system of the intangible cultural heritage as four components:serving objective,serving bodies,resource service,Standards.The model of digital resource service system of the intangible cultural heritage is built based on element analysi,that is,serving objective should be decided by users9 demands mainly and environmental factors and then decides the other three components.The paper discusses management system and protection mechanism including policy,fund aod supervision.Within this framework,investigating the reality and needs which surveyed in Suzhou,Nanjing and Xuzhori,digital resource service system of the intangible cultural heritage in Jiangsu Province is optimized to provide references.The optimization of construction work should be carried out within five aspects,meeting the public needs of Jiangsu province as a service target,accelerating construction and integration of service resources,optimizing the management mechanism which encourages multi-participation with the government as a lead,building the digital technology system based on the unified scientific standards and improving the multi-directional security system.The paper studies on digital resource service system of the intangible cultural heritage,analyzing its construction mode which both conforms to the development and inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage and public culture demands.The solution result should provide decision reference to construction and optimization of digital resource service system and preservation of the intangible cultural heritage for our country.
