Research On The Countermeasures Of Chinese Government To Promote The Construction Of Cultural Self-confidence

Our government has made great efforts to promote the construction of cultural self-confidence and make unremitting efforts to build a strong socialist cultural country.At the same time,cultural self-confidence construction is being infiltrated by foreign cultures and threatened by cultural security.This paper is divided into five chapters.Chapter one briefly analyses and summarizes the research background,literature review at home and abroad,research ideas and methods.Chapter two defines the concepts of "culture","cultural self-confidence construction","cultural self-confidence","government function" and the three basic theories of soft power theory,government function theory and cultural adaptation theory.The third chapter points out that the government has achieved results in promoting cultural self-confidence,and there are still problems such as the lack of effective supervision of foreign culture and products,and the lack of effective defense against foreign culture.Chapter four elaborates the experience of cultural self-confidence construction in the United States,France and Japan,and summarizes the experiences that can be learned.Chapter five tries to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for our government to promote the construction of cultural self-confidence.That is to strengthen the government's top-level design and management capabilities,strengthen the defense of foreign cultural penetration,actively guide the participation of the public,and expand foreign cultural exchanges and cooperation.This article closely follows the theme of the times,guided by the "four self-confidence construction",focusing on the construction of cultural self-confidence,using literature research methods,comparative analysis methods and other research methods to explore how the Chinese government can promote the construction of cultural self-confidence.It is expected that the results of this research can provide intellectual support and theoretical guidance for the concrete practice of cultural self-confidence construction in our country.
