An Exploration Of The Design Ideas Of The Narrative Expression Of The Illustration "Time Travel"

With the development of illustration,great changes have taken place in visual expression,ideology and creation tools,and the application scope of illustration has also been expanding.Human communication is no longer a single language,but can rely on illustrations to perceive information.The narrative ability of illustration leads people to know the world more perceptively.Different creative expression makes illustration more vitality.Based on the study of narrative illustration,this paper compares and analyzes the current situation of narrative illustration at home and abroad,and summarizes four forms of narrative illustration: narrative illustration combined with pictures,narrative illustration with pure pictures,multiple narrative illustrations,and single narrative illustration.And theory guidance practice,the application of it in the illustration graduation design creation.The illustrated work "time travel notes" describes the different states of the heroine in ten stages of life,reflecting the social normality of the majority of women,hoping to arouse social resonance,encourage people to cherish life,reasonable arrangement of time,and create people's social value.Illustration "time travel notes" for narrative illustrations add cases,has practical significance.This paper is composed of four parts.Part I: determine the research background,research purpose,significance and current situation.Analyze the actual cases at home and abroad,expound the innovation of graduation design works.The second part: it studies the expression form of narrative illustration,and analyzes the narrative characteristics of "time travel".The third part analyzes the design concept and design process of "time travel" illustration works.Part iv: the illustration of "time travel" series is applied to derivatives to maximize the value of the works.This graduation design creation,through the application of theory to practice,to improve their own aesthetic level and professional ability,is a fruitful attempt.
