Tang and Song classic case novels play an important role in the development history of my country's case novels,but the focus of academic circles is mostly limited to the vernacular case novels in the Song Dynasty and later,and the research on the classic case novels is insufficient.At the beginning of the verdict,it was a government official document.Its potential literary character and written content had the conditions for stylistic fusion with the classical Chinese case novel,which made this marginal stylistic kind of vitality and vitality in the novel.This article focuses on the classical Chinese novels and verdicts during the Tang and Song Dynasties.Since both are based on the public case,both the literature and the legal development of the Tang and Song Dynasties are involved in the study of its literary level,which has the dual meaning of literature and law.The first chapter focuses on the Tang and Song classical Chinese novels,and discusses its origin,development in the Tang and Song Dynasties,main types,influencing factors and creative characteristics.In addition,the maturity period of the classical Chinese novels is also defined,and the Song Dynasty is considered to be its formal maturity period,while the Tang Dynasty is the key period for its development.The second chapter mainly discusses the relevant content of the verdict,including the style development,writing characteristics,writing influencing factors and classification of the verdict.When discussing the development and writing characteristics of the verdict in the Tang and Song Dynasties,it emphasizes the literary nature of the verdict,which lays the foundation for the integration of the style of the classic case and the verdict in the third chapter.The third chapter discusses the unique type of public case novels after the fusion of classical Chinese case novels and verdict styles on the basis of the previous two chapters—the book judgement case public case novels.The main conditions of the fusion of classical Chinese case novels and verdicts,the development of Shujuan style public case novels in the Tang and Song Dynasties,and the role of verdicts in Shujuan style public case novels are discussed.The main content of the fourth chapter is the later generations of novels and verdicts in the classical cases of Tang and Song Dynasties and their influence on the creation of other literary genres.Yuan Zaju and the long-form Huihui novels of the Ming and Qing dynasties not only inherited some of the creative characteristics of the Tang and Song classical Chinese novels and verdicts,but also injected fresh blood closely related to the times,with inheritance and innovation.
