Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Budget Management In Film And Television Production Business Of Company A

With the continuous development of production technology and the comprehensive coverage of information network,the market competition has become increasingly fierce.The market situation faced by enterprises presents the characteristics of diversity and complexity,which leads to more business risks and financial risks.In order to avoid these risks,more and more enterprises adopt budget management system which is a kind of advanced management system.Budget management,as an important means of internal control and management,plays a vital role in enterprise operation.Based on the present situation of enterprise budget management in China and the development characteristics of the film and television industry,this paper takes the film and television production business of Company A as an example to make a detailed analysis.According to the actual situation of the compilation,execution,control and evaluation of the budget in this business module,on the basis of the thought of finding problems——analyzing reasons——solving problems,this paper expounds the present situation of the budget management in Company A,and further analyses the problems existing in the budget management system from various angles,and adopts qualitative analysis the specific reasons.Finally,in view of these problems,combined with financial and non-financial factors,I put forward suggestions and countermeasures on how to improve the status of A company's filem and television production business.Through the in-depth study on budget management of film and television production business of Company A,this paper puts forward some pertinent opinions and suggestions on its phase problems,which will improve its budget management level of film and television projects and achieve the purpose of reducing costs and increasing efficiency.At the same time,it provides reference for other companies in the industry to apply budget management at various steps.Thus the companies can get to optimize their own resource allocation,promote internal communication and cooperation,and enhance management and control capabilities.In addition,because some domestic scholars'research on budget management is still at the macro level of the film and television industry,through the writing of this paper,we hope we can fill the gap in the application of budget management in the specific business level of specific companies in the film and television industry,and finally,it will promote the development of film and television industry in China.
