The advancement of Internet technology has promoted the development of the new media industry,greatly enriching people's social life,and gradually showing the trend of diversification of the media and diversification of content.The all-media era has also put forward higher requirements for film and television media companies.In order to gain a foothold in the increasingly fierce industry competition,film and television companies face very difficult challenges.From the perspective of the audience,it is necessary to cater to the needs of the masses,actively innovate,and create high-quality film and television works,so as to establish a good corporate image;from the perspective of company operations,how to develop a reasonable and effective company layer,management layer,and employee layer vertically To achieve sustainable development strategy and maximize corporate profits is the key to current development.From the perspective of strategic development,in line with the mainstream trend of market development and scientific management,we can occupy a place in the market and achieve corporate performance improvement.Based on the above objectives of improving company performance and occupying competitive advantage in the industry,this paper introduces the balanced scorecard theory into the analysis of domestic film and television media companies,and uses Q Film Company as an example to explore the existing operation status of the company and the existing performance appraisal system.The problem is to help Q Pictures to clear the obstacles to development.Balanced scorecard is an important tool for building enterprise performance evaluation system.This paper explores enterprise optimization plan from the four perspectives of finance,customer,internal process,learning and development,refines strategic goals and promotes strategy implementation.The goal is to achieve a balance between short-term goals and long-term goals,balance financial and non-financial performance,and achieve long-term sustainable development of the company.The specific research framework is as follows:Firstly,it summarizes the research background and research significance.At present,the domestic and international performance evaluation issues and the research and development status of the balanced scorecard theory,and then elaborate the content and technical route of this paper.Secondly,the theoretical basis and specific methods of this paper are elaborated.The theory mainly includes performance management theory and balanced scorecard theory.The research methods include questionnaire survey and analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Provide theoretical support for further case studies.Thirdly,taking Q Film Company as a case,it analyzes the development status of Q company and the status quo of performance management,and puts forward three key issues in its performance evaluation process: lack of advanced management concept,neglect of long-term strategic positioning of the company,and lack of assessment communication.In response to the above problems,the key performance evaluation indicators were selected through questionnaire survey,and the balanced scorecard principle was used to establish a more comprehensive and scientific performance evaluation system for Q Film Company.At the same time,using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to calculate the weights of the four dimensions of finance,customer,internal process,learning and development and their subordinate specific indicators,the performance evaluation model based on the balanced scorecard is applied to the Q film company instance to achieve Better expectations.Finally,from the perspective of performance evaluation of balanced scorecard,it puts forward practical suggestions and suggestions for Q Film Company: update the performance evaluation management concept;improve the performance evaluation management.It is expected that the company will develop an evaluation index system suitable for its own strategy,thereby improving the performance level and achieving good development.
