Teacher feedback refers to the teacher's evaluation and response to the students' language use in the classroom,which is an effective means for the teacher to respond to the student behavior in the classroom.In Chinese as a foreign language,teacher feedback is used to make students aware of the differences between the target language and the interlanguage,and it is also used as the target language and the standard model language to improve students' acceptance of the teaching objectives,it is of great significance to the practical teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.In recent years,with the global "Chinese fever" rising and the state's attention to the promotion of the state Chinese language countries,the ranks of Novice teachers of Chinese as a foreign language are growing day by day.To become a qualified teacher of Chinese as a foreign language,you must improve your teaching level,and the teacher's teaching ability is mainly reflected in the teacher's classroom language.Teacher feedback as an important part of the classroom language needs the attention and attention of novice teachers.However,there are relatively few studies based on classroom feedback of Chinese teachers for foreigners,and the study of the use of feedback by novice teachers based on real classroom teaching is still in its infancy.This paper mainly discusses the practical application of classroom feedback language of novice teachers of Chinese as a foreign language in the primary comprehensive class,through on-the-spot observation and recording of the classes of four novice teachers in Confucius Institute at Khon Kaen University in Thailand.The audio and video materials are transcribed into teaching record data,the data are collected and the data are quantitatively analyzed.This paper mainly expounds the feedback methods of novice teachers of Chinese as a foreign language and the students' reactions after using different feedback words,the types and functions of classroom feedback words,as well as the use of different feedback words.According to the overall situation and feedback effect of novice teachers' use of feedback in the classroom,the problems are found.In terms of the use of feedback,novice teachers use positive feedback more than corrective feedback;in the choice of feedback types,novice teachers' feedback is relatively concentrated,positive feedback tends to question,repetition and guidance,and corrective feedback tends to correct and reshape;in terms of feedback emotion,novice teachers pay more attention to the emotional factors in feedback.This paperexplores the objective effect of classroom feedback of novice teachers of Chinese as a foreign language from the perspectives of feedback subject,feedback audience and teaching suggestions,obtains the teaching enlightenment,and puts forward effective teaching suggestions.Novice teachers should pay attention to the choice of feedback methods,pay attention to the emotion of feedback,grasp the timing of feedback,and enhance the pertinence and hierarchy of feedback.These suggestions can provide reference and reference for novice teachers' actual teaching,in order to better improve the effect of classroom teaching.
