Investigation On The Management Of English Classroom Teaching In Mongolian High School In Tongliao

The Mongolian teaching high school in Tongliao area is a high school with Mongolian teaching in Mongolian gathering area.At present,English education in Mongolian high schools is basically universal,but the English level of Mongolian high school students still needs to be improved and improved.There are few studies on the management of English classroom teaching in middle and high school,especially in Mongolian.The senior middle school stage is an important stage for students to learn language,classroom teaching is the most direct channel for students to acquire knowledge,and classroom teaching management can directly affect the effect of teaching.Classroom teaching management is to achieve the goal of teaching,teachers coordinate the various relationships that may appear in the course of classroom teaching,such as teaching level,classroom order,learning atmosphere,learning environment,etc.,to ensure that teaching tasks can be successfully completed a kind of educational activities.In this paper,four Mongolian senior middle schools in Tongliao City,Inner Mongolia were investigated by means of observation,interview and questionnaire.There are the following problems in teaching management:(1)the traditional old and old classroom teaching management mode;(2)the lack of effective communication between teachers and students,the arbitrary classroom teaching management mode;(3)the construction of the environment inside and outside the class with a certain degree of arbitrariness,so that teachers pay less attention to classroom teaching management;(4)the lack of home-school cooperation,so that home-school communication is not smooth.Based on this,the author puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the management of English classroom teaching in Mongolian senior middle school in Tongliao area:constructing modern English classroom teaching management system,exerting students' subjectivity,constructing effective teacher-student relationship,unblocking communication channels between teachers and students,shaping good classroom environment construction,and improving teaching Teachers' enthusiasm of classroom teaching management,pay attention to home-school communication to form a joint educational effort to improve the effectiveness of English classroom teaching management.
