A Research On The Artistic Characteristics And Stage Interpretation Of Four Classic Serenades

The Western Serenade is a wonderful painting in romantic art songs,with unique artistic characteristics and aesthetic style.In the teaching of vocal music in music colleges and universities of our country,serenade is listed as the necessary teaching material.In many classical concerts at home and abroad,singers often regard Serenade as their repertoire.The first part of this paper takes the development and characteristics of art songs as the starting point,combs out the emergence and evolution process of Western Serenade,and makes a simple summary of the artistic characteristics of Western Serenade.The second part,taking four classic Serenades written by Schubert,Brahms,Tosti and Toselli as an example,further analyzes and demonstrates the artistic characteristics of the Western Serenade from f our aspects: the musical structure,the piano accompaniment,the combination of words and music,and the language style.The third part is the core part of this article.This part takes the solo concert as an example,and focuses on the stage interpretation of Western Serenade from the following four aspects: the preparation,the timbre processing,the integration with the piano accompaniment,and the stage presentation.On this basis,it extracts the artistic value of Western Serenade in improving vocal mus ic skills,helping vocal music teaching and improving music accomplishment.It is hoped that it can be used for reference and help to the music practitioners in the future in the singing and research of Western serenade.
