The Applied Research For Ballet Basic Training On Waltz Teaching Practice

Waltz is an artistic and competitive sports dance.Because of its unique body movements and stage performances,it is in favor of the physical education colleges all over the world.After centuries of development,ballet basic training has received extensive attention in other areas of physical education.At present,the waltz students of sports dance tend to focus on overcoming some difficult movements in training,but ignoring the display of body posture and artistic expression.Therefore,in order to promote the scientific construction of the waltz teaching system,this paper analyzes the effect of waltz teaching in two different teaching models.One model uses the experimental research of ballet basic training on waltz teaching practice,the other uses the conventional waltz teaching.This method can provide a theoretical reference for the innovation about sports dance teaching.This study uses the literature method,expert interview method,logic analysis method,mathematical statistics method and experimental method,which combined with the current characteristics of waltz teaching.Firstly,it clarifies the basic theory of ballet basic training that applied to waltz teaching,then it explores the specific role of ballet basic training on waltz teaching practice by experiment method,finally it puts forward the value and significance of ballet basic training on sports dance teaching practice,also it summarizes the existing problems and suggestions.The conclusions are as follows:1?The feasibility analysis of waltz which combined with ballet basic training shows that there are certain similarities between the basic elements of waltz and ballet basic training.Taking ballet basic training as a point,it is of practical significance to discuss the improvement of waltz teaching practice.2?The empirical teaching of waltz which combined with ballet basic training shows that the core factor is the technical quality of dance,which affecting the artistic expression of waltz students.Most of the indicators can be progressed through ballet basic training,such as posture,balance,foot movements and so on.3?The teaching of waltz which combined with ballet basic training has significantly improved the students' physical flexibility,physical stability,body posture,figure movement,dance proficiency and dance completion.It can be seen that the ballet basic training mainly focuses on improving the physical fitness and fluency of students,and enhancing the basic expression of dance movements,so as to accurately and efficiently achieve the practical purpose of waltz teaching.4?The teaching of waltz which combined with the ballet basic training is on the one hand useful to strengthen the enthusiasm of students in learning dance.On the other hand,it is more helpful for students to comprehend the essentials of movements,so they can quickly improve their artistic expression of waltz.
