Numerous studies have shown that test anxiety not only has a direct impact on test scores, but also affects physical and mental health and even causes illness.Researchers have conducted a lot of research in the field of exam anxiety. However,in the existing research, most of the participants are students in primary and secondary schools, and there are relatively few studies on the intervention of exam anxiety in the postgraduate entrance examination group. In addition, the existing intervention research adopts a relatively single form of intervention, and the intervention method takes a long time. For candidates of the postgraduate entrance examination,it is impossible to make use of their fragmented time to intervene, and the intervention method is not strong in adaptability and initiative.Attentional bias training is an effective cognitive bias correction method, which repeatedly trains test-anxious individuals to shift their attention from threat stimuli to irrelevant stimuli through a certain systematic training program,so as to reduce their attention to test-related threat stimuli, and alleviate test anxiety. In previous studies,attention-biased intervention can effectively reduce test anxiety, and has advantages of short duration of a single intervention and autonomous intervention using fragmented time. Therefore, based on the mobile phone terminal, this study selects the spot detection attention bias training to conduct examination anxiety intervention on the candidates for the postgraduate entrance examination,in order to explore an effective way to reduce the anxiety in the postgraduate entrance examination. In this study,a total of 195 valid questionnaires were collected after online distribution of questionnaires,so as to investigate the current situation of exam anxiety among candidates for the postgraduate entrance examination.Using experimental design of pre and post test in experimental group and control group, this paper discusses the effect of attention bias intervention based on mobile terminal on the postgraduate entrance examination anxiety. The test anxiety scale(TAS)was used to screen the participants, and 22 people in the experimental group and 21 people in the control group were finally obtained. Both groups of participants were high-test anxious individuals with a scale score greater than 20 points. After the pre-test,the experimental group ran the attention bias training program by scanning the QR code with the help of the mobile phone terminal, which was conducted for 12 interventions in a period of 4 weeks,3 times a week,5-10 minutes or so for each time.Post-test was conducted after the completion of the intervention. The control group conducted postgraduate entrance examination guidance, postgraduate entrance examination question answering and other skills training, and conducted post-tests 4 weeks later. Both the experimental group and the control group were texted by Sarason's test anxiety questionnaire in pre and post text to investigate the intervention effect of attention bias training. After completing the experiment,SPSS20.0 was used for data analysis, and the results are as follows:(1)There is a general anxiety among candidates for the postgraduate entrance examination.Among the 195 valid questionnaires, moderate anxiety(TAS scale score between 12-20)and severe anxiety(TAS scale score greater than 20)accounted for a relatively high proportion of 40.51%and 46.67%,respectively.There is no significant gender difference in anxiety level(t=-1.259,p=0.21>0.05).(2)Attention bias training can effectively reduce the anxiety of the postgraduate entrance examination.Specifically, after intervention, the post-test score of test anxiety in the experimental group(N=22,M=21.235,SD=5.004)was significantly lower than the pre-test score(N=22,M=26.09,SD=4.471)(t=5.521,p=0.00<0.05).while in the control group, there was no significant difference between the pre-test score(N=21,M=24.67,SD=2.938)and the post-test score(N=21,M=24.00,SD=3.302)(t=1.034,p=0.314>0.05).After intervention, the test anxiety scores of the experimental group(N=22,21.23,SD=5.004)and the control group(N=21,M=24.00,SD=3.302)were significantly different(t=-2.134,p=0.039<0.05).The following conclusions were drawn from this intervention:The anxiety of examination is common among candidates for the postgraduate entrance examination, and most of candidates have a relatively high degree of anxiety. The attention bias training based on the mobile terminal can effectively reduce the anxiety level of individuals with high postgraduate entrance examination anxiety,so the intervention is effective.
