Chinese landscape painting usually enriches the picture content and sublimates the painter's emotion with the point scene.The landscape painting in kale's garde n is divided into figures,buildings,birds and animals,and the figures are mostly in the landscape.The point-view characters not only deepen the theme of the sc ene,but also imply the self-emotion through the self-implantation of the point-vie w characters.Because of the difference of identity attribute,the theme and artistic conception conveyed in the picture are not the same.The idea of harmonious co existence between man and nature and the beauty of mountains and rivers is refle cted in the mutual foil between man and landscape.Because of the characteristics of his identity attributes and the humanistic and aesthetic connotations of his rep resentatives,he is the primary identity choice in landscape,painting.The hermit g ao shi in Chinese landscape painting is an enduring theme in all ages.The painte r added humanistic spirit and ideological color to his works by joining the activiti es of the masters in the mountains and forests.Therefore,many painters in the p ast dynasties expressed their spiritual pursuit with the theme of "gaos",and the c ombination of gaos and landscape served as a complementary foil to enrich the c ontent.It plays an important role in promoting the development of Chinese painti ng.But few scholars for "modern" painting subject matter for specialized research,basically all is the point of view characters described,an identity does not focus on the image of the formation,development,change and characteristics,so inspir ed the author's research perspective,and the previous article descriptions of the co ats in the landscape painting effect and provides the research foundation in this p aper.This paper mainly analyzes the artistic characteristics of the image of "gao s hi" in landscape painting from three aspects.First,the definition and classification of "gao shi" are given.Hermits and monks.It also analyzes the reasons for the popularity of the image of "gaos" among the figures in the landscape:it is closel y related to the historical background and philosophical concepts of the wei and j in dynasties,and has a profound influence on the drawing of the image of gaos i n later generations.Secondly,this paper focuses on the artistic expression of the i mage of "gaos",including the subject classification and composition evolution of"gaos",from the portrait of gaos to the landscape painting of "gaos",the expressi on of identity characteristics,the use of brushwork and ink,and the creation of a rtistic conception for the space of gaos.The last part explains the role of gaos i mage in landscape painting,imparts the painter's inner feelings,illuminative theme s,conveys artistic conception and balances and supplements the picture,and finall y reveals the cultural connotation and value group trend of gaos image in landsca pe painting.The image of gaos frequently appears in Chinese landscape paintings in the past dynasties,which reflects the attraction of the artists to the values of this gro up,the spiritual concepts and cultural connotations they represent.From the painte rs of past dynasties and even the modern zhang daqian until today,there are still many painters paying attention to the artistic element of gaos,which also shows that gaos and his image have unique artistic charm and cultural connotation,and are unique and important in the history of art,which is extremely worthy of our attention and exploration.
